Servus Credit Union - Delton

I don't understand why people complain so much about this location. I like the team they have there, and they always seem happy to see people. My late wife and I have used this location for many years...

I would just like to let you know about the AMAZING customer service I received from employee 7416 ( Didn't get his name). I have to go to Servus banks for work and I have to be honest I have almost never had a good experience, whether it be the staff messing up my deposits (on more than one occasion), or just lack of personality and service..... until yesterday. Visited Servus Delton on my way home. The gentleman who helped me was spectacular. He asked my name found out it was my first time at that branch and had overall great conversation. He was efficient and got my transactions done swiftly. Thank you for changing my mind on your bank employee 7416, ill certainly be back!

I have been with Servus Credit Union for 16 years, since it was Capital City Savings.I have never had any issues until I went to this branch.My husband went to deposit a cheque in our joint account from the same place that we received one before. The cheque was less then half of the amount on the first cheque which was deposited previously at this branch. They refused to deposit it, for reasons unknown as the branch manager would not give my husband a reason and refused to help.He went to a different branch where he had ZERO issues depositing it.I called the customer service line and filed a complaint. They said the branch manager would call me, but it's been over 2 weeks and I did not receive a call.Due to this, I have switched to RBC and will not deal with Servus credit union again.

I have never been treated with more disrespect than at this bank. They take it upon themselves to provide me with unsolicited advice. They continue to be nosy about my personal relations and assume the worse without substantiation. I dread having to go to the branch for any transactions. I will be closing my account and taking my banking needs elsewhere. My ombudsman will be contacted about their poor service protocol.

I have been with Servus Credit Union since 1982. I have done all banking, emergency loans (emergency dental surgery), loans, mortgages. I have always had extremely fantastic service with anyone I dealt with, whether it a bank teller or a Loans Manager. Extremely polite and patient and goes the extra mile to help me understand something that I am not understanding. So impressed with service, regardless of what branch it is. I recommend the bank all the time.

Havent been at this location for a few years. Made an honest mistake of entering thru the wrong door (my bad) during covid and got screamed at by the old receptionist woman. I apologize for not paying attention to the sign that was there. One other person in there at the time. Guess I'm not the only one complaining about her. I've seen people without masks entering businesses and they don't even get treated like this. It'll be nice if they train her with some manners. Been with this bank since I was 14, first time ever leaving the bank feeling like cr*p.Complained to the manager about her and was told there were signs LOL. Got it. I'm sure there's some sort of training classes to deal with customers yes? Won't come back to this one.

Janice and the staff at Delton are top notch in their game. Incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this branch to anyone.

I would recommend this company over any other regarding mortgage, auto, and personal loans. The empires are extremely knowledgeable, and will make sure to teach you a well, so you can make informed decisions.I've come to this branch a few times to inquire, first about a mortgage a few years back, and now about a car loan. Their employees are very knowledgeable and take the time with you that you need. They are prompt in following up, and are very well educated in what products they offer, but also about the finer details of personal finance. I was also going to a bank about this most recent loan, and the employee there left me feeling confused, and like I didn't know where my transaction had gone wrong. Here, Lucia told me exactly what was off, and she told me how it would affect me and what we could do to change things around. I had the same experience previously with my mortgage transaction. It was a bit extra complicated, so at the other bank, the employees had truly no idea what to do or how to help. At Servus, Sukhi was extremely knowledgeable. She told us all about what we needed to do and why, as well as how to proceed, and was very prompt in following up with us as well.

Very rude customer service not just on one occasion, nearly every interaction I've had with the customer service from this branch aside from two visits has been nothing but rude and condescending. I have been treated as though i do not know what I want. Thankfully this will be my last visit at this branch.
