Ridiculous pricing. I got 1 wheel repaired on my luggage for $50. That’s so crazy. AND they took long! They had asked me when I was leaving and they had it ready less than 24 hours before my departure… I had brought it in 8 days prior. And I was continuously calling to ask when it would be ready. Just bad, and expensive. At least they got the job done, but I wouldn’t return.

The prices were decent in this store, the staff was very rude though, we just gently asked if we could get a deal but would have got it anyway if they didn't give us a deal, but the lady said no rudely and walked away from us, felt very rude. We will not go back here anymore.* we were going to buy it either way if we did not get the deal anyway as I stated . The reaction was rude as my mother saw her face and she walked away as my mother was talking.... nonthless we wont go here .

The store clerk (Maria) was super helpful. Since more people are going on trips, it has been a difficult / stressful time for me to find a carry-on for an affordable price. Especially ones that fit within SunWings measurements.I can not thank Maria enough to assist me in finding a well suited luggage that fits my requirements. She knew exactly what I needed and pulled out a measuring tape to ensure what I am receiving is exactly what I needed. I am all set for my trip and can't wait to put the luggage to use. :) I will be returning if I need additional assistance.Please support the store if you can.

I recently took my Swissgear suitcase to the store at Eglinton Square to have a missing wheel replaced.The young woman behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.I find that people are quick to complain, but not many compliment someone on a job well done, and this young woman should be complimented.

Maria was wonderful. I was looking for a rolling backpack for work and had my eye on an expensive Swiss gear bag. But I was on the fence as the style of the bag was more school than work.She recommended a “Best life” bag that was slim, stylish and had a port to charge my cell phone via powerbank. To top it off, it was $50 cheaper than the Swiss gear bag.It’s been two weeks and it’s my favourite bag! Maria rocks!
