Andriy and his team did a fantastic job re-doing our basement walk-out that had only 3 steps of various heights. It now has 6 steps that are the proper height and spacing. They were very responsive to messages and performed the work on schedule and removed all the debris. Very fast and well-priced!

Andrew and his crew did an amazing job turning the basement of our old home into usable space for our growing family. They removed part of a supporting concrete wall, installed a steel beam, dug the floor down to gain more ceiling height which include some bench footing work, and installed interior waterproofing. Despite the messy nature of the work they kept a very clean job site. The team is professional, dependable, and hardworking, their prices are reasonable and their work is impeccable, meeting or exceeding structural engineering standards and building inspection code. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I had access to my laundry machines during the process which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this company as they can be trusted to get the job done right and on time.

I first saw Above & Beyond working on a couple of properties in my neighborhood. I called the number on their van and they came out to see my property within a couple of days. They gave me anestimate and the work was completed within a few weeks after that. They are professional on the job site and I'm very happy with their service. I highly recommend them!

I've worked with Andrew at Above and Beyond Construction two times. His team has replaced my sewage clay piping with PVC and most recently exterior waterproofed my basement. His team is clean and efficient. His customer service is exceptional. He spent a great deal of time walking me through the various options and discussing details. He also went out of his way to pick up soil and riverrock at my request so I could transform the excavated area into a garden. His price is affordable compared to other waterproofing companies.Our basement has been waterproofed for three weeks in a very rainy April and it is bone dry. I highly recommend highly Above and Beyond Construction.

These guys are true professionals. Did an excellent job doing exterior waterproofing of my basement (of a leaky 120 year old house). Their pricing was also better than the other quotes we got. Finished the job on time. Easy to work with and communicate with. Would happily hire them again (but won’t have to because their work was so good!).
