These guys are totally unprofessional. Use at your own risk. First they gave me a quote and a price and spoke perfect English. Then they act like they don't understand any English and what's going on. I would use them at your own peril. Good luck.

Hired Impressions to upgrade and fix a number of properties we manage in the Markham-Stouffville area. All projects completed on time and budget to our satisfaction except for one that had several new issues as the work started causing delays and unexpected additional costs. I only mention that because Impressions came through with full power on that project with very innovative solutions that kept us closer to the original budgets and yet got all that extra work done and for that we are very grateful.

Read a review of this company on reddit absolutely unproffesional. My brother goes to Uoft and I have several friends that also go who are all looking for housing next year and I will warn them to stay away from this company. Be ashamed of yourselves.

You guys are amazing and thank you for saving my project. Called impressions from search at around 8pm, they showed up on time and walked us through every detail of our project because our contractor left us with half the work done. The reason for the review is that they could have taken advantage of the situation and yet they did not, the price was affordable, they delivered on time, lots of communications and very happy with the results.

Very responsive, called after 8pm, their offer was not the cheapest but for sure made more sense when comparing the details and was executed very well. I am overall very happy with the work and the service, ended up going 5% over the estimate which I believe is reasonable in these situations. We are new homeowners and just took over this property so not much experience with renovations, and that is the reason we chose Impressions, a project manager was giving us both work and budget updates promptly allowing us to control the process to completion and make educated decisions along the way.
