The worst highlights I ever seen. Technique was so bad I cried. looked like a 5 year old brushed my hair with bleach. The lady was also huffing and puffing cuz I wanted it to be blow dried. Do you expect you clients to walk out with wet hair??? Very unprofessional and Waste of time and money I ended up doing it myself

I want to thank Frances and his amazing staff for taking such good care of me and my hair. It was my first time visiting the salon and it definitely won't be my last. Frances and his staff were very welcoming and professional the whole time I was there. Frances took the time to explain the process of getting my hair this colour and was very patient with me and my questions. I would absolutely recommend Frances Hair Salon. I recommend you read the reviews and make you own decision by actually going in to the salon to speak with Frances first before making any decision. The salon also offers make-up application and is overall a great environment. Prices are fair and reasonable. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you again Frances for making my hair look so beautiful.

Frances has a great personality and is very humble.I always feel very welcomed when going to his salon. I have extremely long and thick hair and he is the only person that can give it a beautiful cut. You do have to let him know what you exactly wants and he will deliver. Me and my family have been going here for up-do’s for the past 10 years and he never disappoints. It can be very busy at times so communicate your arrival and time you have to be out accordingly. I do not colour my hair so I cant say anything about that. My Kim K updo looked amazing! Thank you Frances and team!

Frances and his team did my hair exactly how I wanted! I’ve been going to him for party hair styling for some time now and just got my hair coloured today and im in love! Definitely the best!

Both Francesco and Rana did an amazing job on our hair and makeup for a wedding. Spot on like the pictures we showed them plus more. Will certainly book them again if we visit Canada for an event again.

I had a fantastic experience with Frances; very attentive and friendly. He gives excellent advice, and his work is even better. I definitely am going to come back.

I found him on Instagram, and his page looked decent. It looked like he did a good job, so I went in for a styling. But there was so many things wrong with their service. He was very rough with my hair, pulling my hair very hard when he wanted to fix it. I had to point out the lamps and bomps on my hair. But in the end the ponytail wasn't in center and the front was done uneven and wasn't smooth. Doesn't do a clean look. Wouldn't recommend his service.

Absolutely amazing experience. My bridesmaids and I were taken care of in great time, we were not worried about being late and we all looked ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. Very professional, and super nice conversation too! I don’t believe I’ve ever looked this gorgeous before in my life. Thank you again!

Absolutely amazing results! I’ve went to several different salons and no one has been able to get my hair how I want. Within one session, Frances was able to get me my dream blonde hair and made it so seamless! He pays good attention to detail and left my hair extremely soft. 10/10 experience
