What a wonderful gem on Saltspring Island! Great customer service and such unique finds. My girlfriend and I never skip this place when we’re on island to see if they have something new.

Jen & John go above and beyond. We visited Osisi while on Salt Spring in September 2019, I fell in love with a backpack they had, but foolishly passed on it at the time, I remembered this bag today and called to see if it was in stock, it was and Jen put it on hold for me. I had some last minute changes of plan and John (hand) delivered the bag to me across the ferry the same day (I live in Duncan) so I could have it for a quick trip the next day. This is how you run a business! Thank you both so much!

Honestly cant say enough good things about this boutique - the customer services is beyond any reasonable expectation. We have stopped in every time we have been on salt spring island. The products are beautiful - high quality and the owners are a breath of fresh air.We recently moved to AB from BC - my husbands favorite pair of sunglasses were from Osisi - he unfortunately ran them over well mowing our lawn and was DEVISTATED. I immediately contacted Osisi as the pair that he had broken were out of stock on the website. The response was immediate and so heartfelt - she offered many different options and when I explained he really had his heart set on the ones he had broken as they had sentimental value - they immediately worked on getting them back in stock and kept me updated through the process. She even threw in a little gift for me for being a great spouse" I LOVE my new earrings and cant say how much I appreciate this shop. 10/10 highly recommend everyone to support this beautiful business."

This place is such a gem! The owner is lovely, the products are one of a kind and the value is unreal. Love my new glasses!
