Alberto is a great guy, I strongly recommend this place. Not only did he take good care of my Pavoni, but he took the time to explain what was the problem and what is needed to take good care of it in the future. Plus they do an amazing cappuccino!

If you are in need of help with a broken coffee machine, Albert is a saving grace. He took care of everything, he found parts that other repair shop told me are impossible to find and he made my machine look like new. Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Bonus: the coffee he sells is to die for, just try it!

I bought my Mokambo espresso machine at Mara many years ago. It needed some clean up and some parts replacement. They fixed it quickly. Glad to have my machine back. It works like I a new one! Thanks Niki.

Great customer service, nice team, very responsive and creative! I have purchased from them gift baskets on several occasions and I was always impressed with the quality of the products and coffee, and very beautiful packaging. Will definitely return, I cannot wait to see this year's holiday baskets!
