Jacob and his team were amazing to work with. Will the job be done the moment you contact him? No - because he is busy, because he is the best. He is in high demand from simply word of mouth. The days of calling a contractor and then starting the job days later are gone. Be realistic with your timelines. Jacob was professional and his team of workers were amazing, sweet, respectful and left our property clean each night. Jacob is meticulous about his work. He took videos and pictures to show us the progress. After 5 years and countless useless contractors, Jacob was the ONLY person to correctly identify the issue with our roof and FIX IT! Having renos done is stressful, but Jacob and his team made the experience so pleasant. Can't recommend him enough!!! Wish I could give 10 stars.
