Very impressed with the service we received from Junaid and his staff. They went above and beyond with the repairs, even fixing some unrelated scratches. I would highly recommend Simplicity.

The staff at simplicity car care took amazing care of me. My car was badly smashed up while I was away from it (hit and run) and they were able to order the parts, set me up with a rental, and had the vehicle fixed within 6 days of the accident. Highly recommend them, they even detailed the interior of my car and picked me up from enterprise when I dropped off the rental. They even let me keep my smashed headlamp as a souvenir

I had an amazing experience with they’re service. Fair price and fast work. I had body and paint damage to my vehicle Junaid kept me updated through email every step of the way and I was able to get my car back in less than 24 hours. 10 out of 10 experience, very professional absolutely no complaints would definitely recommend.

Worst experience ever! Would not recommend using them, avoid at all cost. They are under new management and the previous owners were way better. My car was suppose to take 4 days to fix and ended up taking two weeks. Would call regularly to ask for an update, leave voicemails and would never get a call back. My insurance had paid them for my rental but the rental company contacted me to indicate they never got paid to find out the issue was due to the garage not paying them. Customer service is not their priority!

Waited over a month and a half for my vehicle to be fixed which was longer than originally told.once I received my car back my license plate cover and license plate were ripped out of the bottom screws at the back of the car like someone tried to steal the car or something and the car was not fixed properly at all, the wheels weren’t aligned, there’s still an engine knock and a fan not running properly that they didn’t fix and the bumper clips come out after any tiny bump is hit.This was done under an insurance claim and simplicity has NOT returned any phone calls and we’ve been contacting for over a month to have this resolved and have not heard back!!!!Do not recommend at all if you care even a little bit about your vehicle.

Highly recommend their service. Very Professional and quick turn around time. Someone destroyed my left fender during the x-mas holidays. I requested quotes from different collision centers and Milano was the first one to respond within a day!! They were able to provide a pretty good estimate with information provided over e-mail (the more details the better). With their sophisticated estimate software they can tell how exactly how much each part of the car will cost to paint. They painted my car over the New Years holiday which was more than I had expected!!! Quality of the work also very good!! Coming from someone that has worked in a body shop before : ) Greatly recommended.

Extremely overpriced. Expect to pay 3x the rate of what a smaller shop will offer you. The parts they buy are somehow" twice as expensive as the same parts at a local shop and they refuse to avoid fixing small scratches when your car is brought in."

I tip my hat to the folks at Milano on Albion road. They rebuilt my 2012 gmc sierra that was totally rusted to brand new condition. It's like having a new truck. When I went in there I felt at home like a friend visiting. What a great experience

Eduardo and his team are nothing but professionals! Both my bumpers where falling off and have paint chips.. therefore needed a total replace/paint. His team took great care of my little car and the price cannot be beat! Even when I had to see him a second time! Top quality .. definitely recommend!
