Very satisfied with their service. HMC quickly responded when I first contacted them and picked up my furniture at a date of my preference. However, I had to wait for 4 days when I was trying to contact them to ask them to deliver it. Regardless, they fixed a mutually convenient date and time for delivery of the furniture and assembled it very well. Nothing was damaged or missing. Will use HMC again if the opportunity arises.

Fantastic experience with Hercules Moving Company. Did a long haul trip between Montreal and Toronto, and everything went off without a hitch. The movers were quick, friendly and extremely professional. Would definitely hire them again for another move.

Being a Realtor, I had high expectations as I wanted to see how my clients felt moving. They were so quick and efficient. The price was exactly what they quoted. The men who moved my belongings were very respectful of my Walls, stairs, floors. I will recommend them to any of my clients. They did a fantastic job!

Very negative experience with our move with Hercules. We moved from Ontario to Quebec over a month ago, and everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong.First of all; the quote we were given at the initial interview ended up being 1/2 of what we ended up paying. Surprise fees and extra weight showed up on our receipt 2 days before the delivery in our new place. We were told we couldn’t have our items delivered until every cent of the bill was paid for.Secondly; the pick up and delivery teams. Pick up team in Ontario was full of 2 very unfriendly men who didn’t speak to us, and 1 young man forced to do most of the moving by himself. Sadly; this was the best experience of our time with Hercules. The delivery team in Quebec had much nicer movers; however they told us they were on a “harsh schedule” and had to be quick. They threw most of the boxes in our apartment, regardless of the FRAGILE labels on them. Most of our boxes were found upside down and smashed in by other heavier items stacked on top of them. Plus multiple furniture pieces had been broken in the delivery. An overall awful experience with the movers.The final straw came to us when we discovered that on top of the numerous broken dishes and keepsakes, and furniture pieces; a large box containing childhood keepsakes was nowhere to be found. We knew it had to have been misplaced in the move. When we contacted Hercules for help; they offered us $30 for our troubles, and told us there was nothing more they could do. It also took almost a month of back and forth for them to finally agree to give us this small sum of money; for an over $3000 bill.I do NOT suggest or recommend using this company and their services if you can avoid them. Their utter lack of care or compassion for their customers is disgusting. As long as they get their money, they don’t care what happens. 1/5 for sure.

I highly recommend HMC for all your moving needs. I was moving from Montreal to Toronto, and was extremely stressed out about it as it was my first long distance move. I contacted HMC based on the great reviews I read online, and most definitely made the right choice. Anna was super helpful in organizing all the logistics, and was able to schedule the move last minute. The movers came prepared with all of the packing materials and were extremely careful in wrapping all of my pieces of furniture. Everything was delivered on time and nothing was damaged. Overall, I had a great experience and will without a doubt use HMC in the future and will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you!

Hercules Moving Company is amazing! This was my first time doing long distance move and the movers did a fantastic job. Nothing was damaged and movers were on time and very organized. Anna was also very accommodating. Highly recommending their services to everyone who needs a good and reliable moving company.

I was very impressed with Hercules Moving Company. They were organized, timely, friendly, professional, and fast. Our movers were careful with our big and fragile items. They also navigated through downtown Toronto traffic and our condo’s tight alley way like experts. I would highly recommend Hercules to friends and family. Thank you for a great moving experience.

Excellent job done by Eugene and Egor. The whole move went seamless front beginning to end. Both gentlemen were very professional. My belonging were well taken car. No damage or loose.I will defiantly use Hercules again and recommend them to everyone.

Great service.When I called for quote, Anna responded very friendly and prepared my quote in an hour. On the day of move, 3 movers came in well-prepared. They were friendly, efficient and professional. They picked my things from Mississauga, stored for 20 days and delivered it to Charlottetown PEI. All the things were intact and in excellent shape. No missing packages or broken things!Overall, great professional service. If I am moving again, I will definitely use their service.

Hercules saved me in a last minute nightmare where they came late at night the same day to help a stuck situation.Another company who were so unprofessional and rude and did not refund me for a piano moving job they didn't complete and left the piano on my apartment landing outside the door. The awful company was there for hours swearing and stomping through my apartment, using the washroom and not flushing.Hercules then came in the evening after their work hours and were able to get it in in 15 minutes - SAVIOURS. They were polite, reassuring and very professional. They went above and beyond to reassemble and give me tips. Should have called them first and I will be calling them when I move next time.
