A great store with some amazing items inside. Store is well laid out and very tidy, everything is easy to find and the clothing for sale is well made and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and polite, as well as very knowledgeable. Shout-out to Acadia in particular who was helpful, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile for me. Will be back when I need some more stuff that's for sure!

i visited this location on a saturday and both gurshan and macy were extremely welcoming and helpful. as someone more familiar with other companies like arcteryx, gurshan was knowledgeable about the company culture and sustainability which i very much value. macy was also able to help give recommendations for which pieces would best accommodate for my needs.

Less selection than most BUT save your self the running around and just go here first if you want the BEST GEAR around. Same pricing as the rest of the outfitters.Staff were very patient. My first stop now when passing threw Van for gear.

An admitted FJ fanboy, but the store itself is dynamite. Great staff, and the store is always perfectly cared for. The ONLY knock is availability for my size. But that’s just luck of the draw when visiting.

I have purchased clothes and accessories from this location. Very pleased with the quality. Unfortunately a small shoulder bag I travel with had an issue with the connector for the strap and it would not hold in place. I brought the bag to the store asking if there was a fix or recommendation. The staff was surprised with the issue and noted that this was not a common complaint. Without question or judgement, the manager said simply, I can replace this for you". With that

I had never been to a Fjallraven store, but had gotten a coupon at an event. I tried on some pants and a jacket and they fit very well and we're nicely made. I also bought a small wallet as mine no longer worked. The staff was very helpful.

Would not recommend.Bought a flannel on the weekend. Realised after getting home that while the torse and shoulders fit well, the arms were far too loose – I’m quite slender. No worries, I recall overhearing that they have a tailoring service, so I called them on the phone. Explained that I wanted to bring the arms in as too loose – they suggested they can do that and I should come in mid-week when the tailor is next back in store. I also requested they hold another shirt behind the counter for me, as would buy that and have it tailored at the same time.Went back to the store mid-week and explained to the retail assistant. After going downstairs to speak to the tailor, she comes back and says “We’ll have to say no…we don’t really tailor the arms beyond bringing in the cuffs, plus it’ll restrict your mobility in the shirt”.Great, two things. One I called on the phone to discuss and you had no objections then – you could have saved me a 2 hour round trip by saying this then. Two, nice to see a tailor is making judgements on my mobility in a shirt from the basement, couldn’t even be arsed coming up stairs to speak to me, let alone seeing the shirt on me to make that judgement.Fjallraven give a big talk about sustainability and the services they offer when it comes to tailoring and repair work for their garments, but beware they may just “have to say no” and waste your time. Passed on the second shirt, won’t shop there again.

I love this store - the staff (Kyle, Dylan, Cole, and the others) are super knowledgeable and friendly, and always offer to order in any product they don’t have in stock. (Fjallraven as a brand speaks for itself, of course)
