Tim and his crew are the Hills finest! I have had a number of bikes serviced at ACME, and have even purchased the occasional bike as well. I genuinely believe that Tim wants to get you on to a machine you will enjoy. This shop has always kept my gear in great shape for South Dakota adventures. Keep it up!

We are from Colorado Springs CO and were in hill city for a week. Our new Aventon bike was having issues with the battery. We called Acme and headed that way for help. They were able to get the “fussy” button on the battery to work and we were on our way, no charge. Great guys, wonderful customer service. Thanks for keeping our vacation on a good path!

Currently touring cross country and the folks at Acme made sure everything on the bike was in good working order. Had them replace the chain since it was close.Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I've taken my bike here a few times for repairs, etc. Staff are super knowledgeable and friendly! They are upfront about prices and make great recommendations. They have a huge stock of bikes and equipment. I'd recommend them for all of your needs!

While I'm not impressed with this place and won't be a repeat customer, they haven't been terrible. They have been prompt with servicing my bike, but they do it with a disgruntled attitude and I feel like they have pushed services on me that I didn't need. I was considering buying a bike from them, but ended up going to their competitor because the service and the value was much better. I honestly wouldn't recommend them if somebody asked me where's a good place to take your bike, or to purchase one.

My favorite local business in the area. The service, the people and the prices are great. They are completely honest and quote you on the money. I have purchased a couple bikes from them and I will continue to use them for my mountain bike servicing needs. I highly recommend anybody in the area or anyone passing through to visit Acme. Tim and his team are the best there is in my opinion.

The guys were amazing! My detailed hanger broke and my bike needed a tune up. They got it allDone in 1 day. Super fast service and great folks! I will definitely be back!

Went in to buy a new bike and knew exactly what I wanted. They showed me exactly what I was looking for. BUT agter I test drove it I wasn't in love. They made suggestions but also made me feel rushed like I was doing THEM a favor. Made me feel completely unvalued. I just don't understand why someone would be in business if they don't actually like customers!

Great shop, great people, Sweet bikes! Just picked up a Rocky Mountain Instinct Powerplay BC edition. Yes, that's a mouthful. Wow! What a bike though. Words don't do it justice. If you like getting out on two wheels and looking for the most challenging terrain you can find up or down this bike makes makes the whole experience awesome!
