I am blown away by what Paul created for my engagement ring! My (now) fiancé went in with some ideas and honestly it couldn't possibly be any better. Steve said that Paul made this process easy and comfortable. It really took the stress off" and we're so glad he went. I wanted to get a new watch band cus mine was rubber and broke off. I was helped and got a new watch band installed in 5 mins and they told me everything I need to know. Thanks you guys will come back again when this one breaks off again.

After going in and having a ring serviced I change my original remarks. I had top quality work done on the setting I brought in at a very reasonable price. every thing was done on site by the next day. I will be visiting again

Service and quality are the best descriptions herd. I am always dropping off some jewelry to have clasp repaired or cleaned for a senior. Bought a inexpensive citadel watch that works great even after losing it in a lake for a week. Beautiful product .

I worked closely with Paul to design my engagement ring. Originally, I found a ring designed at Lauener Bros. and had him mimic that while incorporating my Nana's ring and my fiance's birth stone.He did not disappoint!!Everytime we are in Trail for a visit we pop into Lauener Bros. to have the ring checked. Paul is always so kind and takes great pride in his work.Thank you for an amazing experience and the ring of my lifetime.

I received a ring as a gift and the diamond was loose. I took it to a jewellers in the city and they told me it was too risky to fix. Someone recommended that I try Lauener Brothers.They fixed it perfectly in less than two minutes! Will definitely be returning in the future!
