Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and above and beyond customer service. There has been an occasion or two when they are out of what I want but they always keep me informed of what's going on. Brad, the manager, is my go-to guy and he would recommend an alternate product to try and just like that, I find myself with another product I'm happy with that I could rotate between. When Brad is not there I'm just as pleased and confident with rest of the staff. The store is clean, neatly stocked, and is very welcoming.

Great experience at Popeye's over the weekend. The Salesperson was very friendly and really engaged with us. He spent a good 10 -15 minutes showing us different products and options. Also, great pricing and a gift for registering with them! Thanks Guys!

Great service! The location did not have my preferred brand available the rep told me she could order in the one I wanted and it would arrive next day and she could call me to let me know when it arrived. So said so done, arrived next day she had it ready and waiting for me! Amazing! Beyond what I expected. Popeyes is my go to and this reminds me why. thanks! (Appleby, Burlington location)

I drove out of my way because of the reviews. Glad I did. Lisa was super helpful when I was looking for some protein powder with cleaner ingredients and a better taste at a better price. Definitely recommended!

The staff member was extremely knowledgable about the products, almost like he had memorized every label! :) The great thing about Popeye's is that they have a huge selection and you can sample before you buy, so you're not stuck with a horrible tasting product which you feel obliged to finish not to waste your money. After sampling and making my selection, the staff even suggested that I purchase the smaller size just in case over time I no longer liked the flavor and in the future I could purchase the larger size. No sales pressure here! (Much appreciated) ...and as an added bonus there's an in-store points system awarding you cash towards future purchases without having to carry an annoying points card.
