Awesome service! I got acrylic nails and changed my mind about the design just after the nail tech began. She was wonderful about it and wanted me to love the design. Totally recommend!

Just did my nails with vivian and omg I love them!! She spent quality time and explained what she was doing. She also recommended what size and shape goes with my hands. Loved the experience and price is fair. My go to place since they opened.

This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to. I got an infection and am on antibiotics because of the unsanitary conditions. The picture would be too gross to post. The woman didn’t listen to what I wanted and did it anyway. My what were long nails are now so short, the paint job is horrible and my toe nails were butchered and chipped after 2 days. I paid way too much for this hatch job. There are so many better places than this. Stay as far away as possible!

It was easy for my girlfriend and I to get an appointment (which might have been my first clue). The place was empty when we arrived. Unfortunately only 2 people were working and they chose to do our nails one at a time after a walk in came. (Took 2 hours) It was an odd gel technique that involved painting it on that I had never experienced before, but I kept an open mind. The technician was a bit rough with the sanding but despite being thicker than I wanted the end result looked ok? Well now it's a week later and it's all cracking off. Two finger nails are half cracked off. It's a mess. I can't wait until my regular nail salon comes back from vacation.

Wonderful staff, great massage chairs, and exceptional services. A vast selection of colors and specialty techniques. 10/10 would recommend. Best pedicures around IMO!

When I got there, they told me it would be a 20 minute wait for a walk-in, and this ended up being close to a 40 minute wait. I understand it was a walk-in, but they should have gave a better time estimate. The nail tech I had seemed she was rushing, and her design work on my nails did not seem too skillful. Also I went with my mother, and the nail tech she had was rude, condescending towards her and laughed her requests off. She kept forgetting the nails my mom wanted and it was a simple French tip. In the end, she left her without doing the white tips. But we let them know she wanted a French tip, then she unwillingly continued. She was making fun of her choice to get one hand painted (a personal reason that should be respected still), meanwhile we were still prepared to pay the price for the service and the work. The tech my mom had was rude, unprofessional, and seemed annoyed by us. It seemed that she did not want to be there. If this is the case, you should find nail artists that are more skilled, professional, and patient. To add, my mother's nails are hurting still one week after getting them done because her nails were treated a bit rough by the equipment. Overall, quite disappointed.
