Service is awesome. I’ve been a customer for 6 years. No complaints whatsoever. They store my off-season tires, so I see them twice a year. I just picked up my second set of winter rims and tires for my new ride. They’ve been totally transparent when I needed tire repairs. They once offered to not charge me for a problem that was actually the car dealers fault. And to top it all their pricing is competitive :-) highly recommended.

THEY GAVE ME TIRES THAT DIDN'T MATCH.I came since I had a nail in my tires and needed two replacement tires.I had all weather tires and told the front desk guy. He took time to check my current tires and to match the new ones. He said he found some and they did my tires, I paid and left.I had to go to Costco months later for an oil change and they told me that my tires didn't match. THEY GAVE ME SEASONAL TIRES INSTEAD OF ALL WEATHER.I checked myself and Costco was right. So I paid Sipan lots of money for tires that didn't even match.I ended up going to Frisbee Tire to get new tires so they properly match my all weather.Don't go here!!!!!!! They guy wasted my money!!!!!!

I've been put purchasing tires at Sipan for the past 5 years. I like to support a thriving local business and Mony treats me like an actual person, not a number like many large dealerships. No one can beat the pricing, product selection and delivery speed. I've come in asking for a specific tire, yet Mony has recommended something of equal quality that saved me hundreds of dollars. Who does that these days - Sipan does!I've been sending friends and family to Sipan and they're reported the same great service!

never take your high end vehicle there for interior clean and paint restoration. I was charged 600$ and they guy that did my job was a joke. He didn’t even clean my windshield properly but instead lazy enough to used a dirty rag and clean it. When the sun shines onto the windshield you can see the smudges. Had I know I could easily do a way better job myself. Stay away for detailing work. Momy looked at my car and gave me a price and we agreed and said most of the scratches will come off but none did. That’s what happened when you hired amateurs

Been taking my car to get detailed here for a few years now and everytime I swear is better than the last! I have 4 kids and we travel a lot from activity to activity (like horseback riding!) which leaves my car dirty and everytime I bring it over, it looks brand new when they’re done! Even my son always comments “it smells like a brand new car!” I’m so eternally grateful for the excellent customer service & workmanship that they do here!

Always a pleasant experience with Sipan. I have unfortunately been faced with a couple flat tires and they always happen at the worst possible time. On one occasion, Sipan was just closing for the day when I showed up. They patched up my tire and I am extremely appreciative for their service and compassion. Mony, the owner is extremely kind and it’s always a positive experience at Sipan. We always wash our car here and they always do a fantastic job!

Absolutely AMAZING to deal with. All the staff is nice and caring. We deal with the owner and he is beyond nice and goes above and beyond for his customers. We have been going to him for 8 years and always leave happy!! Never upsells you and very honest.HIGHLY recommend!
