Tried it for the first time, and it was delicious, everything was very fresh and tasty. Will most definitely be ordering again! Customer service was also great!

Was in there this evening at 8:30. Store closes at 9:00. Employee wouldn't make a smoothie because we are currently closing ". Very terrible customer service. I go there every Monday at the same time and order the same thing. Not anymore. Won't be going back. Clearly they don't want customers at 8:30."

Last night I came in for a quick bowl right before closing, and Ashley was such a great help! She was amazing she was balancing in store, and online orders while also closing on her own!

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 mins (no exaggeration) for two pitas. Absolutely ridiculous and this is the second time having issues with this location. One girl working overwhelmed by online orders and also seemed out of it… she was extremely slow, made mistakes - possibly because she was overwhelmed. Some cheap owner who can’t hire more staff?? Obviously doesn’t know how to run a business. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not return to this dump.

I love going to Pita Pit! They have very yummy healthy options that are so filling and I actually feel energized after eating, unlike other fast food places that leave me bloated! Lol

I dropped in to pick up lunch for me and my seller client just down the street and he wanted to have Pita Pit for lunch because he was in a bit of a hurry today. I know ...I know...I ate my pita before I took pictures. I did forget. But hey, I was with my seller client. That is my excuse and I am sticking to it...LOL !!I had the Large Deli Turkey with garlic sauce, cheddar cheese, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, sprouts, spinach, black olives, cucumbers and mushrooms. Toasted on White Pita bread.My client ordered a Large Chicken Shawarma with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese, garlic sauce and toasted.I ordered online for pickup and unfortunately they forget to look at their online orders.LOL !!! No worries here. I was in no hurry.The staff were nice, efficient and friendly.The pitas were on point !!! They were delicious. The veggies were fresh and crisp. The toasted pita was excellent. The sauce was just right.I was impressed because I have not tried Pita Pit in over a decade. But I will certainly give other locations closer to my home a shot now.I will remember to take pictures the next time around.

This was our first time here at this outlet. Had a Southwest and Shawarma pita from here. It was really tasty. They have enormous options of what goes inside the pita. The girl at the counter was very pleasant and efficient. She prepared our order very meticulously and asked us what needs to be added and what’s not. Pita Pit has never disappointed us.Will definitely come here again.

Staff here are always the nicest. Definitely better then the subway staff in this plaza. They are so friendly and caring. A little pricey now but still get a decent size pita. Really enjoy the Soulvaki pita its my go to. Small location but with great service, can't ask for anything better.

Went to get a Chicken Shawarma wrap as usual and the person who is making my wrap is on her first day. While trying to wrap my pita, the pita rips, her supervisor (large black lady) comes and blames me (the customer) for the pita ripping and gives me attitude and yells at me when the person making my wrap was on her first day and did not know how to do it. Used to be a regular but won’t be going any more due to poor customer service and being yelled at by the supervisor for employee inadequate skills.
