Masstown Creamery

Similar to my review for the butcher, we didn't go prepared last year to take home cold or frozen things. So we went back a couple of weeks ago and filled our cooler and cold bags!! The height of excellence for me is by far their egg nog - best on the market, anywhere, hands down. I should've bought 4L. It's so smooth, not too thick, not too sweet or over spiced. Just perfect. We bought a selection of cheeses, some clotted cream (which I enjoyed on fresh scones this past weekend), as well as some English sweets that aren't easy to come by. My husband was born and raised in England and he loves all of the imported UK goods. The ceramic prep and baking bowls are also stunning. I would say everything is relatively competitively priced. Some imported things are $$$ but I can imagine that's also a result of the last 18+ months. Definitely a must if you're driving through the area. BUY SOME EGG NOG. You won't be sorry.

The Masstown Creamery has become a regular stop for us when we're in the area. There is a little bit of everything: fresh meat and produce, fresh cheese and curds, baked goods, crafts, ice cream for the kids, a fabulous cafe, and a quaint atmosphere. We usually spend about half an hour to an hour here.

So clean with very friendly and kind staff, Butcher Shop the same..... Loved it

OMG, Food and Ice Cream is great !!! Worth the trip across the street from the Masstown Market, and no lineups !!!!!

Best milkshake in NS! They make their own milk at the creamery. The staff are so much fun and are really passionate about experimenting with their ice cream , milkshakes, cheese, and cheesecakes. Highly recommend the stop! I tell all of my friends about this place!

This place has a lot of cheese and milk options, they also sell some kitchen supplies. This place is worth the visit.

Masstown is a must stop whether you are needing groceries, lunch, dessert or ice cream. When you are done with that they have a fantastic gift shop as well.

Stopped to use the EV charger outside the Masstown Creamery. It has only one fast charger which was in use. We had lunch and was able to start charging a few minutes later.The lunch was great. Even stopped for a couple of items at the Butcher shop on the way out.

What a cool place!! Get some meats and specialty cheeses, so new and clean, can’t wait for them to start making their own cheese!
