I manage a large apartment complex which lost partial power recently in Steveston our regular electrical company was not available on a Sunday for emergency service. Lux technicians came out within an hour of calling and had services restored immediately. Fantastic company.

What a joke this company is, came in too do a medium sized job..move electrical panel to different location and some other minor work..ends up they cut all the cable and telephone wires about the ceiling tiles ..we had two light switches ended up with one ..had no power for 3 months for other contractors to work with light ..had to go to breaker and switch all breakers back on to get light ..eventually all that turning on and off blew are hot water tank..called numerous times to come finish but ignored our concerns, Andrew was the first rookie to make a mess then eventually Ricco cones in and basically did nothing to address our two light switches and leaves..I call secretary with my concern no call back..this mickey mouse company I would strongly agree not to use and surprised how incompotent there electricians are..a small job and couldn't even do it right and made it worse..PATHETIC
