Never seen an honest guy like the Chinese guy who works there. Left my laptop for repair. He calls me later that you don’t have to pay nothing because I didn’t fix anything. He said come to pick up your laptop. It is working properly. Woah . Gave him 20$ for coffee but he refuses. World will be better with this kind of people.

Large variety of various tech related gadgets. Was the only place I could pickup a 2230 M.2 SSD for upgrading my Steam Deck. The store was unclear on whether these were new SSD's or from refurbished devices but I was excited at the prospect of having my little project completed the same day. I get home and my device doesn't detect the NVME whatsoever. After many frustrating hours of troubleshooting I called the store to find out if these drives had partitions wiped before being sold to customers and the staff at the store were not of much assistance. Wasn't a big fan of the no refund policy since the hardware was not working. If you're looking for a good deal this is definitely the place to shop but don't be surprised when the items you buy don't work when you bring it home.

This is a worst and worthless place I visited to repair minor problem of my kid’s chrome book. There was nothing left to advertise for the sales and maintenance of electrical items in their office wall, so I entered their store, but for minor computer problem, they could not fix and I returned it after 1 month with frustrating. In this period, I spent them several phone call regarding the improvement my chrome book, they told me, they call back after 5-10 minutes, but I never got their reply back. This was the summer break time and my kid didn’t have online class, otherwise I would have to purchase other laptop. I fixed easily from other place with less than half of their repair cost with same day. I don’t recommend anybody to visit such type of store and waste their valuable time and money.

One of my favorite stores to shop! My go-to place in town for weird cables. There's a good flyer deal every week, and the staff is super-helpful. My only complaint is the store is too small for all the stuff, and it gets very crowded on weekends.

One of the best little computer stores in Scarborough. If you're looking for any little nicknack you may find it here. One time I was looking for AAAA batteries they were the only place at the time to have them. Great customer service keep it up.

If you're looking for a fast and affordable service look no further. Upgraded my storage and RAM here and I could not be happier. The job was done very quickly and for a great price. Will be going back for all my computer needs. Who needs Canada computers anymore when there guys are just right around the corner?!

Although having dealt with Tech Source for Years, this is my first Review. When it comes to Availability of Items and Repairs I have never been Disappointed where Others have Failed. Magnificent Staff makes me feel like Family every Time, Happy Holiday into 2023, Blessings to ALL.

Low quality/box look opened previously. Bought a fan the oscillation stopped working in a month. Seems like they're buying straight from China with a $20 markup.

Genuine place, honest people working in this tech shop. Chinese gentleman Cliff go and see him, he will take care of your computer matters..I am glad I met him.

Love the store. Friendly staff and always helpful. Yeah everything is refurbished here. So you got to kind of take a chance. But if you're the one cash it's a good place to take a chance
