Branch manager’s attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, doesn’t know what she was doing. And terrible customer service. Need to do better than that.

The Slowest Service Ever!There was one old lady, taking so long. She was so so so slow. She might have taken at least 15-30 min per customer, not because complexity of the transaction, but her slow gesture and the unprofessionalism.

I wish there was an option to give this branch a -5. Whole branch operates at a snail pace. Managers lurk in the background but would never come to the aid of the customer reps. Avoid this branch and if possible the bank too at all costs!

Simple. HSBC has some of the most exorbitant fees of any bank in Canada. Save yourself the trouble. Go to a bank that actually cares about its customers.

Their service is professional and patient. When I went to the bank for errands on Saturday, my baby was very noisy, but their manager was very responsible. He patiently answered my questions and handled the business, and I am very grateful for their help!
