I have a terrible experience here in #6741 store on August 13, 2022. It’s my first time to be here for vacation. I went there for dinner an Indian lady treat me impolitely. Firstly, I need info about taco combo she didn’t provide any help. Secondly, she was rushing for off work and turned off drinking machine when we were eating. Lastly, she said we only have five minutes to finish eating. So rude to a traveler and I am so disappointed. This lady may need more training.

Stopped in for an iced coffee and watched the woman who was packaging the salads continuously cough up a lung all over the food. She had her mask pulled down under her chin and didn’t cover her mouth once. It was disgusting and I truly feel bad for whoever gets one of those salads. Will never be back

Work near this restaurant and placed an online order for all of our co workers to celebrate a birthday. 1st they didn't seem to have the order, then they messed it up and didn't give us all the food. Once we made a phone call regarding the situation the manager said come back up we will give you the food and a refund. We arrived back there to the manager then going back on his words. Giving a passive aggressive attitude. We work with a lot of people! Word of mouth travels fast and there are lots of other places to go around here. Customer service here is in the dumps.

Got our order wrong, I ordered 2 combos but they gave us 1. Oddly they put two straws into the bag. After we corrected it at the window, paid for another combo, my fiance asked what about the drink" but they silently closed the window in his face. Strange behavior."

I made an order for a double combo. What i got was single burger and disgusting looking fries shown in the picture. The manager seemed no care about it. Didn't even say sorry. She was asking my adress to send me some rubbish coupons.Thank you for the wonderful experiences!

Ordered a chili cheese baked potato and received a potato that was flattened out in a new clam shell container that looked like it had been microwaved as the plastic was all heated and twisted out of shape. On top of that they didn't even put the chili and cheese on the potato as I had to do it myself with the containers that they put in the bag. The container had no sides on it so everything poured off the sides and made quite a mess. Not very impressed if this is the new way we are going to get out baked ?microwaved in the future. Very poor customer service making the customer dress their own potatoes. What's next ? Making people dress their own hamburgers in the future? I sure hope not.

Terrible drive threw service.They don't even speak to you . I asked for ketchup and she said its in the bag, got back to work and NO KETCHUP!!!They throw your food at you and walk away. It use to always be such a joy to hear such a bubbly voice when placing your order and a smile at the window! Not anymore it's all new staff who don't dare smile or say hello!!
