Wow! now why cant all service companies be this great. From the moment I called and spoke with Annie who was so pleasant to speak with over the phone, accommodating and tended to my service matter with priority...to the amazing Service Tech - Cameron, who called ahead of time to say he was on his way, had all the details about the call (even brought parts with him just in case) well in advance and arrived prepared and ready to go. Cameron was definitely a breath of fresh air and someone who really knows his stuff. He is a great listener, very professional, respectful and super courteous. Affordable is an absolutely amazing company!Our first interaction was with the young lady that booked our appointment, she was very helpful and very professional. Next, Jerome came to our home on the same day to help us with our broken air conditioner. He tried so many things to try to fix the unit so that we weren’t looking at a huge repair bill for an older unit. After several hours he concluded that the fix was going to be expensive and in his professional opinion, we were better off investing in a new unit. Even though it was now after hours, he contacted his boss and Tom emailed us a very reasonable quote within minutes.Tom answered all of my questions quickly so we could make a decision fast enough to get our new unit installed the next day. Did I mention this was all happening after business hours? The service was beyond amazing.We had our unit installed today. The installers were great too! They installed the unit and tidied everything up before they left. Now our family has our air conditioning back before the heat wave next week!I honestly cannot say enough about Affordable as a company. 5 stars all the way!!!Thank you everyone for helping us quickly and with so much professionalism. We will definitely use this company in the near future when it is time for a new furnace!!!

The response time was very quick when our air conditioner stopped working. They had a technician out quickly which was great. The technician Miguel was awesome. He advised when he would be arriving and was on time. He was so professional, thorough and personable. He made the experience better. He made sure everything was checked and provided some additional suggestions to help prevent further issues. I would definitely recommend Affordable Comfort.

Installers Andrew and Jen arrived on time to remove old fireplace and install a new one. They rolled out flooring protection to cover hardwood from damage. The switch was done in no time. The installers were very knowledgeable with any questions we had and also passed on information to give to our contractor who will be finishing the exterior and mantle. Detailed instructions were given on use, operation and safety of the fireplace. Installers cleaned up and left the house just as clean as when the arrived. We are very pleased from the sales team, administrative staff and the installers. We will definitely use them again.

Shayne and Andrew came in and got the job done quickly and professionally. They were the best price in town and had the service done for us within a week. I'll be using Affordable again for any plumbing needs in the future.

We reached out to Affordable Comfort for a second opinion after a larger chain gave us a questionable assessment and a quote for full equipment replacement. The Affordable Comfort team was able to schedule a short notice appointment. We went from a second opinion to having our replacement fully installed within 48 hours. As an added bonus it was a quarter of the price. Every team member we encountered was knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to make sure that we understood what the issues were, and the work that was done. We are so happy with the service we received and will be using them again in the future.

After getting many different quotes from different companies, I came across Affordable Comfort and am beyond thankful I found them to ultimately have them take care of my heat pump and furnace replacements.From the assessment, to the estimate, and getting the work done, I have to say that they are beyond phenomenal. Their efficiency and knowledge is impressive, both working as a well oiled machine even when a downpour of rain showed up. They made sure everything was kept clean, answered all questions without hesitation as they worked, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the install. Affordable Comfort is lucky to have them - it seems the feeling is mutual as they do say+show that they love what they do, who they do it for, and what company they do it for.I am also relieved that this company will be there for me in the event that we need maintenance or repairs - they were not only there for a quick sale before they disappear. The entire experience with Affordable Comfort was great - from the initial consultation right through to the install date, they communicative, helpful and committed to getting it all done and done correctly.I'll give them an 8/10 on cleanliness, as they left some stuff behind, but i think that's also the nature of the business. Would totally use again!
