I was driving from Calgary to Edmonton when a storm approached close to red deer. I checked into this please with no reservation and the staff is friendly it was easy to rent a room and everything was very clean and comfortable.The shower was nice as well. They offer a continental breakfast. Thought it was an amazing deal for the price.

Hotel was overbooked, lobby was freezing, parking lot was not plowed. My bathtub leaked into the breakfast room and I was informed no bath on day 2. Mortifying. No refund or discount offered. I will not be back.

This hotel is absolutely great considering the price. The room has everything needed for a comfortable stay including a very comfortable bed.The owner...a super friendly and helpful woman...same age as me...69...was amazing. I was in the middle of moving and she even helped me get stuff into my room that I didn't want left overnight in my truck.If anyone has something negative to say I think they are the problem.

Diamond in the rough! Great service and very clean. Best price with a great rating I have found in Red Deer. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Red Deer.

Comfortable but not the cleanest. Decent breakfast included.The lightbulb in the bathroom/shower should be replaced with an LED of higher wattage, then the cleaning staff would be able to notice the pee speckles on the toilet seat. The curtains also had something gross stuck to them.Convenient location in gasoline Alley, with nice staff and a decent basic breakfast included.

Stayed here with my family over August long. Loved the hospitality, the breakfast made our mornings boiled eggs , toast, cereal great variety.Rooms are super clean and location is super close to all amenities and the highway.

I can't say enough about this place! My wife and I stayed here for a conference at the Westerner Park recently, and we were blown away by the service and cleanliness of this budget-friendly hotel. I'm pretty sure there are only two or three staff running the entire place, the the breakfast was always restocked right away, the rooms were very clean, and the service was impressive.On our first night we noticed our tub plug was not sealing, so my wife could not have a bath. She also realized she forgot her toothbrush. Even at 11 PM, the lady at the front desk was available to give us a new plug and free toothbrushes!On top of that, the beds were comfortable, there was easy access to Westerner Park and the rest of Red Deer from this location, parking was ample, and although the location was along the main highway between Calgary and Edmonton, it was quiet, clean, and safe. We will be staying here again!
