Driving on the Trans Canada enroute to Calgary and had to make a pit stop. Found the Home Town Cafe and had the BEST coconut cream pie.... just like Mom used to make.... it was great!! Worth the stop, and the two lovely ladies were a delight to chat with. Sorry we changed our route to go home, otherwise would've stopped for another slice! Thanks ladies!

This little gem of a cafe was a wonderful stop on a long trip. The food was tasty and fresh, even half an hour before close (and plenty of leftovers!); the service was friendly and personable, like eating at your grandma's house.

Located at the ice rink this restaurant serves home cooked food which is very tasty, large portions and reasonably priced. Along with fast friendly service it's a great place if your traveling on the Trans Canada for a wholesome breakfast or lunch (7 AM to 2 PM. Located about 15 minutes west of Moosomin just off the TransCanada.
