When you first enter, the interior looks amazing - fresh, modern, clean, and beautiful. But then you encounter the prices - some average like for cannolis but the macarons were the smallest I've seen so far for 3 a piece (had to swallow n buy 2 for my endearing toddler). The washrooms threw me off - it just seemed like I walked into a different cafe with the lack of toilet paper, broken door lock and smeared brown substance on the floors. Also no one was attentive to us, I had to ask one of the girls if she could serve us. I doubt I will come back to this location, but may try the others.

We love this spot. The ambience is amazing with high ceilings and different food sections. We do drop in regularly for a coffee and treat. We were pleasantly surprised this morning as breakfast is now an option. Wow! The breakfast items are reasonably priced and taste fantastic. Everything tasted so fresh. We actually felt like we were having breakfast at a cafe in Europe. Excellent table service as well - staff were very attentive. Well done!

It is so disappointing to pay $95 for a tray of fried seafood, when there is not even enough for one family dinner. The tray is not full and I was even told by the woman at the counter that I would get more seafood out of my order by getting this tray. The price is absolutely exaggerated and they are ripping people off. I used to always go to this bakery and travel all the way from Orangeville to support the business. I can't justify shopping here any more.

This review of food was one year ago. The zeppole (2) that we ordered were heavy, firm and full of oil. My son and I had a few bites and threw them out. On another occasion also in 2022 I purchased a large apple strudel (long rectangular) and it was not cooked through, the pastry was raw at the bottom and inedible. As well, a friend’s daughter was hired to work there over a year ago but quit because of the management and food safety issues with the hot table food. I’m sorry to post this but I think the customer service I received recently was not very nice however we wish them luck and hope the bakery takes customer feedback seriously to improve this location.

We had a wonderful time there. We went for a holiday brunch and it was so satisfactory. The coffee was good, cannoli were too mouth watering. We ordered Macaroons too. It was tasty but not as much as cannolis.They have other italian menus too. We tried calamari fries. It felt a little dry but the taste was sooo good. We wish to come back again to try their other dessert options.Overall atmosphere was comfortable. It was spacious, interior was eye catching, and there was not too much of a crowd.Do come here. You'll definitely love it!!"

I've been here a few times and had enjoyed my meals and the take away pastries. Came here for brunch this time. I very much enjoyed the French toast with Chantilly cream.
