Always so happy with the honesty, professionalism, care, accurate and kind service i receive. There is always a way and these guys just wanna make sure you get into a safe car and head your way. No bs, no extra costs, no prtend... best team and garage ive ever been. So glad i found them. (By the way i go here all the way from Verdun)

Claude and his team have been my go to guys for a few years now. They offer great services/parts, they're always there even if you pop in unexpectedly and they are honest.

This garage is one of the most honest, straight-forward and accommodating garages I know. They always try to fit me in for emergency work if they can, they are always honest about the work that needs to be done (or any potential work down the road) and they charge a price that is both right and fair.I highly recommend Claude and his team.

I wanted to love my experience with Tarvy. I really did. I bought my first car from them and even though they claimed they had fixed it up and it was good to go, I found out from another mechanic that there were copper plumbing pipes where actual break lines are supposed to be. How did I find this out? The car started smoking on the highway during rush hour due to break line fluid leaking from two different spots in said pipes. Even if it wasn't them that installed these pipes, the fact that they would sell a car in that condition is not only lazy and dishonest, but downright dangerous. I am very disappointed and want others to be warned.UPDATE: even after having the car inspected and seen by 3 different mechanics, I wasn't aware until recently that there is well hidden but terrible rust on the subframe and even main frame of the vehicle i bought here. If buying a vehicle from this place, DEFINITELY get it inspected by a mechanic you know and trust.

They kept my car to inspect the transmission, two days later i was told that they didn’t get to it yet.Very disappointed of their unprofessional maner. I took an appointment a day before now you add lier to unprofessional.

Twice they tried to charge me for work I didn't need. Told me I needed struts, when it turned out to be only bushings. The second time they told me I needed new calipers, turns out I just needed my guide pins cleaned. In both cases it would have cost me hundreds more. Not honest as all....Never went back.

Had to get a bunch of minor repairs done in a short time frame after purchasing a used car from Ontario. They were very honest in the work that needed to be done and kept me updated along the way. Very happy. I found this gem early on owning a car in Montreal.

Great people and great service, they know what they do

I was so nervous when I was told (very angrily) by a driver that my break lights were out. I of course, hadn't noticed. When I called Tarvy I was so pleasantly surprised. They spoke to me calmly and told me they could fix it quickly. And when I brought it in, cautiously, they took about 10 minutes, and put in windshield wiper fluid that I had forgotten to replenish. It was quick and painless, and I was in and out in 20 mins. After 2 years in Montreal I have finally found a garage I feel comfortable to go to.
