We placed our order online, so I can't comment on the sales people instore, but all the help and support I received online was excellent, and the two workers who delivered the mattress today did an excellent job. They were on time, respectful, efficient and overall it was an excellent experience. I am very happy with the service, and hope we will be happy with the mattress as well. Thank you.

Bought a queen size mattress and box spring. Salesman was great. Told him what we wanted and he showed us a number of different types. There was no pressure to buy a particular brand or model.Also impressed with the delivery persons as they were careful and courteous.We are totally satisfied with purchase (2 months since purchase) .

Went in for a pillow today. Salesman was dismissive and ignored us. Pillows were dirty and the bed he had me try them on ACTUALLY has dead bugs on it! I pointed it out and he just shrugged and walked away. He was purposely not being helpful to a man looking for a bed and was describing what he was looking for. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN A SLEEP COUNTRY STORE.

Absolutely phenomenal, I went into purchase a bed & Pillows and got great service and an excellent pricing. David went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

Can't say much about the store. Placed an order online for a mattress in a box. UPS sent an email that a second delivery attempt would be made as there was noone to receive the first time. Got an email 4 hours later that item has been delivered, received by Jerard. Question was who in the name is Jerard!!. Hours later I noticed a pick up note was left in my mailbox to go pick up from a location, how does this relate to Jerard!! Very poor communication and service with the delivery company. Deliveries are left at the door in my building, i don't understand how this was different. I called Sleep Country customer care and was told I'll have to make arrangement with UPS for another delivery attempt, nothing she can do. Called UPS pick up point, was told to call their 1800 number. I did, then was told Sleep Country has a restriction against another delivery attempt. Wondering what the whole runaround was for. I asked the package be returned because the delivery was the whole point of ordering online, hopefully i get my return processed on time. Very disappointed in the service. I don't mind paying more for a better service elsewhere, a place where my patronage and time would be appreciated.

My husband bought double the high quality memory foam pillows than 2 heads needed. Just before I returned to the store I noticed all sales final" on the receipt. I was heartbroken.But not for long. I was able to return the other half with full refund since they were unopened. The gentleman was knowledgeable and heard me fully

We bought out mattress and headboard at this location last year, and overall a good experience. We don't live in Regina so delivery was unavailable to us but we had to wait a week or two so plenty of time to arrange the transportation to get it all home. Our sales guy was also pretty great, I believe his name was Tom! All in all a good experience.

Picking out the perfect mattress and buying it was a great experience, unfortunatly picking it up was not. We live 2 hours out of the city, when we arrived with our enclosed trailer to pick up our king sized mattress I was greeted at the door and told unless your husband can load the mattress himself we should leave

How Sleep Country brought out the inner Karen that I didn’t know I had….My wife and I spent the day going to 4-5 mattress stores yesterday and had the worst experience here. While other stores respected our budget, our needs, and the fact we were shopping around, that did not happen here.As soon as we came in, we were hit with a “2hr sale”. When we told them we had just come from Modern Mattress (across the street), the salesman with “40 years of mattress sales” spent the next 10 minutes bashing the competition and laughing at us for thinking of supporting a local “ma and pop” shop. Boasting how SK local companies struggled through covid and how they could take them out of business whenever they want.Lots of their mattresses were over priced…. But no need to worry, I could be given pricing that was “the lowest that the mattress had ever gone for in the history of mattresses”. Still over our communicated budget. We were looking at spring/foam combination mattresses and for a last ditch effort, he tried closing us on a foam mattress… yes, again out of our budget. Even after the magnificent deal.When the salesman could not close us, he asked me why. I told him that his sales tactics reflected poorly on himself and Sleep Country and that they lacked integrity. This did not compute to him. He began telling me that the reason he couldn’t close me was because they didn’t have the mattresses we wanted in stock. I corrected him and told him again that he was the reason I didn’t want to buy there. This caused back petaling and trying to twist what he had said previously. I finally had to walk away from him trying to give me new pricing.I have never had such a negative experience with anyone in sales before. I’m no Karen, but I will certainly be sharing my experience with anyone looking to get a mattress
