We had laminate and flooring purchased and installed by End of the Roll. I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience. Our salesperson Mike Robinson was great. He helped us consider options and was patient as we changed our order 3 times. The price was very competitive and the quality of both items met our expectations. I will not hesitate to use or recommend Mike and End of the Roll in Nanaimo to family and friends.

My wife and I bought a bunch of flooring here. We had to make an exchange, and there was also some broken boards due to shipping. I must say, the customer service here is six stars. Had excellent service this weekend . We purchased a roll end , but it was too big . We were told that the floor layers were off until Tuesday if we needed it to be cut we would have to cone back .We were ok with that being Easter Weekend and then our Salesman said “I don’t want you to wait until Tuesday and he made the cuts for us. So great to see people go out of their way which makes for Excellent Customer Service .. Thank you

The service I received at end of the roll was outstanding. The salesman Alan was very patient totally understood what I was trying to accomplish. Went out of his way to find roll ends in my budget. Everyone at the store was very helpful never acting like anything was too much.Also the two installers who installed the carpet were excellent, They were quick tidy and friendly. I would highly recommend End of the Roll Nanaimo
