Jason was very warm and welcoming when I visited the store. He helped me purchase my glasses with help from extended benefits! Will be visiting aging for my next pair!

I went in for contact lens training. Harjot helped me and was very patient. The training was awesome. Highly Recommended.

First time visit to JC Optical last month; very impressive. They have great variety, beautiful designs. Interaction with staff was very courteous; both Isha and Harjot were very professional and nice in dealing. Interaction with Jason was also very good, he is very friendly, humble and helpful. Eye exam with Dr. Hetul was very nice experience, he is very authentic, knowledgeable and polite. Overall, we enjoyed our visit there and got our favorite glasses.

Such a terrible coustomer service! My husband and I went to this store few weeks ago. The guy at the counter desk told us to explore the glasses and said when you finalized something, just let me know. Later on, when we were exploring the glasses throughout the store, we were at one corner, then suddenly one girl from their staff told us, can you give them( other customer) a side, because she was dealing with that customer and wanted to show them first. No apology to us. I felt that I am not a customer there. No one helped us to show any pair of glasses. Finally, we left the store and my husband told them we felt bad, then again no sorry from the staff. I realised, they don't care about their customers. Later, we went to another store and got best customer service. At least, the store staff should learn some etiquettes for customer dealing. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Jason and his team are amazing!! I first got a pair of glasses by JC Optical back in 2020 - during the pandemic! I decided to try them (to support a small local business vs going to a major chain) and was so impressed. Great friendly staff too! I also purchased a pair of designer sunglasses... which I absolutely LOVE! I recently went back and purchased lenses for my new frames, and again, impressed with their services! Keep up the great work, guys! (prices are reasonable too!!)

Visited JC Optical, staff is friendly and helpful, Jason is a great guy to deal with, provides good Advise and excellent service. Please visit JC Optical and hearing if you are looking for sunglasses or prescription glasses, they have a wide variety and great selection. Our prescription glasses frames was misplaced by the shipper, the staff followed up with them to get us a replacement and they kept us informed of every detail during this process. Excellent excellent service, kudos to the great team at JC Optical & Hearing for doing a tremendous job.
