We bought our Soft Tub 2 years ago from Aqua Friends and I have always had a million questions about water balancing and such. We also had an issue with the electrical a few months in that they took care of. They are always patient and helpful. Great customer service!

Anyone can sell hot tubs, but until something goes wrong you never find out the depth any quality of their business. I bought a hot tub from Aqua Friends a little while ago. The heater went and I was a couple months out of warranty. Leah (owner) talked me through some solutions over the phone before having to start dealing with the manufacture. It was the heater coil. This problem had to be dealt with by a professional service company. Not only did they arrange someone to come out a few days before Christmas holidays but they also dealt directly with the manufacturer for me and there was absolutely no charge for anything. I find that this over and above service is very difficult to find these days. Typically you get tossed over to the service department or in some 1-800 nightmare. I've been dealing with Aqua friends for a number of years. Local, family friendly business which we all should support and if, or when there is a problem only then will you be grateful you bought with Aqua Frends. They are amazing!

We recently purchased our very first hot tub. We chose a Bullfrog after shopping around and reading reviews. We were not disappointed. The staff/owners at Aqua Friends in West Kelowna have been nothing short of spectacular. We are so pleased with not only the informative and friendly customer service, but the 24/7 hot tub support, which we have recently needed being newbies, has been amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a new hot tub.

I have had a great experience with Aqua Friends. I bought my hot tub last year and anytime I have questions Leah and Dave are very happy to help. Their business is well-named; we are not just customers to this family-run, local business. When I was working with the balance of chemicals recently Dave continued texting with me into the evening asking for photos of the test strips and walking me through the various chemicals to add until the water was perfect.
