My first time in Oxford. Decided to stop by this Tims to get a treat. It was a nightmare in there. I could overhear the young guy running the drive thru and he was talking in the most unenthused way, as if he’d rather be anywhere else then having the privilege of a job. I know service jobs aren’t always a piece of cake, I’ve done them for many years, including at Tim hortons, but these kids need to learn how to give basic customer service. I know plenty of people who would happily take his place in a heartbeat. Another staff member was fumbling around and dropping stuff and also speaking to customers with no manners. When I got to the counter I asked for an iced cap and the young lady just replied with “we can’t do that.” No explanation, no apology. I left empty-handed. This location is right beside the big blueberry, and I hate to think that many other tourists are probably having similar experiences. Some major training needs to happen, at the very least with this crew.Based on the other reviews here it appears the franchisee doesn’t care to have friendly staff.

9 a.m. April 23 the washroom was filthy and lacked toilet paper. Stopped for coffee same day at 5:30 p.m. and washroom was still filthy and no toilet paper. Service was painfully slow for coffee only order. Young (middle eastern man?) did apologize for slow service. Used washroom at service station instead and will get coffee there in future.

i don’t recommend this tim because the staff is not friendly. i waited more than 30 minutes for my wraps and they just handed to my hand just like that without proper packaging. when i asked they said we dont have rice. not giving answers properly. i was on my to catch flight.

The service was all messed up. Ordered a donut and was served cookies. Ordered a habanero chicken wrap and it was served in a bowl. I asked them to give the wrap and it took ages to get that. Meanwhile I was blocking the drive through and the queue started getting longer. The habanero wrap was really dry without any sauce, usually I get good ones probably with a sauce from other locations. I was on a road trip and opened the wrap on the way so there was no means to return it. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

I ask for lemonade with syrup, she was rude n said we dont do that , i always got same lemonade from another tim hortonsNot a good cx service

By far the slowest Tim’s , do not stop if you are in a rush - 6 staff and yet o let two in line to be served waited over 30 mins - and order is wrong

Other reviews are accurate. We ordered at the board, and pulled around to the window. They didn’t have the order in the system. We reordered at the window and they gave us two wrong items right away. It didn’t take too long but was slightly frustrating.

Staff didn't want to be at work and 2 waited to customers at the drive thru and there were no customers, while at least 5 customers waited inside to be served and that didn't include the 2 customers who left .

One of the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely ridiculous.*** I wrote this review while I was standing in line for over 15 mins to then be told the one thing I wanted to order (an iced cappuccino) wasn’t possible because the machine was broken. Then it took another 10 minutes and asking twice to receive my breakfast sandwich and hash brown.The service and speed of this restaurant is AWFUL

The food and coffee is always great, I always drive through after a long nightshift anywhere between 4am and 6am. Today it was closed when I got there at 3 am though, despite advertising as a 24 hour service. Overall, five stars.
