I recently purchased 2 sizes of work boots online. I love the boots but was then shocked to find out that they were final sale. When this happened I went on my phone and ordered them again to see if I missed Final Sale anywhere and I couldn't see it anywhere. So I went into the store and tried to return them. They had to call head office because they also couldn't fine the words final sale anywhere.Also they sent me a return form in case? Why in case I wanted to return my final sale shoe's?? Oddly enough if you scroll to the bottom of the page and read through the entire item description it written final sale at the end. I don't know about you but when I buy a pair of shoes I don't ever read the description. I know they are brown shoes by the photo. When I spoke to head office there answer to me was yeah its kinda hard to see but that's the way it is. I have bought things there for years and have had nothing but great things to say but this leaves a real bad taste and for sure will be looking elsewhere for anything work related in the future. Please not that the staff at the Guelph store were great and tried to help. It was head office that didn't seem to even want to help or look at the issue.

I visited today this store for a buying a sefty shoes. Really good store and huge store and lots of verity of sefty shoes. Staff are so friendly and supportive. If you are looking for a light weight sefty shoes CSA approved you can buy a (Reebok fusion flexweave work,athletic work shoe IB314)Cost $164 before tax. If you are buying with your company voucher then you can get 20% discount. Lightest shoes ever. I'll be update more after wearing shoes for atlist one week.

Have been here before but now am unable to shop here as they are only open during hours that I work. Not open on weekends etc. Now have to schedule time off work and lose pay to purchase boots for work. Will have to do my shopping for work boots elsewhere.

Very pleasant helpful staff. She really tried to help me find a pair of boots that fit the needs of my job and that were good for my feet. Unlike the Kitchener store who has the take it or leave it attitude. Thanks again

So I did my first e-commerce purchase with Work Authority in the early summer. I bought a pair of Coolworks pants, and the price was much better than my local Work Wearhouse. This past Monday, I bought another pair of pants, this time Walls Duck pants for $54.99. I received them yesterday, then today get an email saying they are on sale for $41.24! I sent a polite email to them and received a response within 5 minutes from e-commerce manager Lisa. She offered to adjust the price, no questions asked! Not only that, I had the refund in 15 minutes! I’m blown away by this customer service! Lisa, you are the bomb!! You have a regular customer in me now, thank you so much!!
