Unfortunately they work very fast and don't pay much attention to detail. Don't rectify their mistakes when asked. Very disappointed, I will have to go get them redone right away as they look like an amateur did my nails. Such a shame.

When you call in to make sure they have place, they always say yes....then make you wait for 1 hour. The boss is impolite and unorganized. They only have time for 1 full color, no designs or anything, even if confirmed when taking the appointment.

I went to get my nails done and they are great. It was my second time getting them done there. One of the ladies offered to clean up my eyebrows at the same time and I felt pressured to accept so I said yes. The thing is, I have thick eyebrows and I love them like that. The lady removed maybe half of the width and length of my eyebrows and now I have these ugly thin eyebrows that don't suit my face at all. I seriously feel ashamed to walk in public now. Now I have to grow them back, which I have no idea how long It'll take, and worst of it, that was the evening before my prom.

Literally just finish with a pedicure and im not satisfied at all...its not worth the 35$...i believe they are there just for a pay check and nothing more...my regular salon unfortunately i could not make it there today so i settle for this place...ppl were right..it should close down...the guy didnt even file my nails..it was just a fast clean up...barely any scrubing or exfoliating of both feet and well the rest is unspeakable...ppl dont go !!!

I went there and the boss refused to do my nails, and she was just sitting and say no we can do your nails, I was confused, I took a video to show everyone how bad and impolite she is, my advice for you guys never go there …..

Understanding I have short nails, I do not appreciate being reticuled for it. The esthetician took my hand and held it up the one beside her and showed her my nails with regard in how bad they are. On top of that, she didn't even remove the extra shellac that got on my skin. She truly did not seem to want my business. Probably the worst I felt going in and out of a nail salon.
