worst custom broker in the earth . why they do not close the service because they give the same excuse we are working on it .rude staff , no sense who to deal with customer . i am waiting for almost 36 hours still they r working on it .

If I could give a zero rating I would. By far the WORST customs broker ever. They always have some excuse or issues to delay clearance. They lie so much it is disgusting I don't even know why customers use Livingston as a broker. These guys should be reported and honestly boycotted from the customs broker industry. These guys get so many complaints and they do nothing about it.

Garbage broker in the entire industry. Its so frustrating that companies work with this broker. Always a worst day when we get to see Livingston as the custom broker for the load. Smh

One of the worst broker in the industry. If people working in your company cant do their job you should shut down your company because it takes forever to clear a shipment.They do not value driver's time and once paperwork is sent to them no one touches it for hours and it takes almost a day to clear a normal shipment.EMBARRASSING!! Whoever is the head or at the top should acknowledge this and do something. You deserve not even a single star. BAD BAD BAD!'!!

Didn’t know why all these people gave you only star.I guess before running this big companies at least react to feed backs.Out of 3 pars, 2 pars with different broker got cleared in 4 hrs and for yours I have been waiting at the border since last 12 hrs.Infact it was 1 pickup and 3 different drops. All the paperwork was exact same.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!! They will get you sent back across the border. They are slow. They are rude. They do not understand simple ENGLISH so I guarantee they can’t understand French. “Getting this over to a supervisor” it takes a supervisor 2 hours to correct a digit in their system? Please don’t waste your money or put your carriers through this.

Dealt with them multiple times but every time it’s complete disappointment, their attitude towards the work has never improved and they like to blame their system for that when it’s their incompetent staff who doesn’t know how to use systemPs: No apology or response is expected please put the guy who wrote reply to all the review to work and get the shipments clear

Really, worst experience . I would give them 0 star. I have waited there for 40 hours, whenever I went to ask their employees for an update even after 10 hours they yelled at me and never listened for a single time. Very rude staff, need retirement. I was trying to show the email from the broker but they simply replied with”not received yet”. But then, their branch manager phoned with same sentence as I was telling them and they told me to wait and I was out in 5 minutes.

This broker do not give any value for your time .If you could, do not work with them .It happened several time with me. Today My driver is waiting since morning at the border .Every time I call them they say some is working on it ,But it was just a lie to cut our call do not fall for that. Its 11.30pm now still they are saying some will work soon on this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
