Good dallor store near Brentwood, they add up the items according to the seasons all u can get which never cost u more I like the garden decor items and the kitchen wares too great for the short time user

The big problem with Dollaramas in general is inconsistency. Alot of products you find once or twice and then they disappear? Very frustrating.

Cashier here was super rude and we will be making a complaint to the BBB. Unbelievable!!!!

Cashier isn't the sharpest. Stuffed my large bag instead of using two bags. Heaven forbid using some common sense. I am the one buying the bags. But nope had to over stuff it so much I had I call an Uber instead of taking the bus. . I don't want things to fall out and I also can't close the handles so I take two hands holding it in a very odd manner. Oh and there is rarely a cashier available. You will be forced to use self check out unless you wait 5mins or more to see if anyone is around to do the job thier getting paid to.

It's a nice Dollarama store but I was surprised to see a bit more variety of things in display. It was clean and the checkout process was fast.

I been coming to this Dollar store since it opened. Very convenient as its close to home. I come here to get home supplies, craft arts, phone electronics, pet treats, and more. Price is reasonable, and sometimes I can find great deals here than at a regular store. I wish I could give a 5 star, but unfortunately, customer service here is HORRIBLE. Especially the manager. If you read other people’s review of 1 or 2 stars, they are talking about the same manager I had a problem yesterday (December 11, 2022). Short kinda dirty blonde hair, round like glasses, young woman, and is the new manager. I was very upset the way she handled the situation, and she didn’t want to solve the problem, only that she wanted me to leave the store when I did nothing wrong. This manager, she stood in between the 2 machine of shelf checkout and was helping a lady beside me. On my end of the self check out, I had my items all stacked together, and her back was facing toward my side, while she passed by, a small glass container of oil fell and spilt on the floor. She saw the oil on the floor, and didn’t say anything but went to get the clean up kit. As I paid, I asked if I was going to get another bottle as it was already charged, her response was ‘You can go get it’. I figured she was going to bring me another one as she witness the bottle fell and broke, and it wouldn’t show that I was paying and leaving but I was going to ‘steal’ another bottle, but that didn’t happen. So, I had to go and grab another bottle, and when I came back, she was standing beside another young girl that she called, who was not present when the issue happened acting as if she saw everything that happened. Then I was explaining the manager that she passed by, and the bottle fell, but she didn’t let me talk, and told me with a smirk on her face that she wasn’t the one who broke the bottle, and I’m being disrespectful and to get out from her store. She doesn’t own this store first of all, and she didn’t want to accept it was her fault. Then she tells me that I don’t work with people. Ever heard of don’t judge a book by its cover? Well maybe you should think before u say something to someone. I work with people and government and you’re telling me I don’t? Don’t tell me what I do and don’t!!! Then lastly, she repeated 3x to get out of her store. Then laughed with the other girl as I was leaving. This young lady is in a wrong store, working in the wrong environment!!!!! Never again will I step foot in this store. AND, I recorded everything and I will go more far, and to BBB and I will be charging this store!!!! Maybe change employees who knows what costumer services is, and teach how to respect costumers, and how to respect themselves. This situation could have been worst if a Canadian got heated of anger - just saying! The regional manager should reach out urgently into this store, and if you want to connect with me, THEN DO SO, or I will go to BBB, and if you have security cameras taping everything, then why don’t you go back and check the evidence of proof (unless it was deleted to cover up the track!)
