Kiwanis Park
Went here for a end of season dog pool party. All dogs invited to play and swim in the kids splash pad area and grass; had a great time. Vendors from different places were there as well.

We went for the dog park, and were not disappointed. Huge dog park, lots of space to run and a nice shady bit of forest along the one side.One really awesome feature of this dog park is that it has 2 areas; a 25lb and under area, and a no weight restriction area. There's a shared fence between the two areas so large and small dogs can still greet each other without any risk.The park supplies bags, although when I was there, there was a notice that there was no bags because people were abusing this service.It's a beautiful 10 minute walk into where the dog park is from the entrance of Kiwanis park. Nice trail, and well maintained.

Beautiful place to bring the family. Large shallow area for babies to splash. Huge picnic area with tables and large shade trees. Friendly staff. Plenty of life guards and they have rules you must follow for swimming.

Arguably the best dog park in the region.An area for small dogs and really large area for big pooches!Both have a proper forest area for the your pups exploring.Keep in mind, there's a little walk from the parking area (next to the public pool)

I went here with a friend for the Dash & Splash Dog Pool Party fundraiser for the KW SPCA. What an amazing place to hold this event. Fully fenced, large area, picnic tables and well kept pool.

Fun for kids of all ages. Restrooms not very clean. Lots of picnic tables and shaded areas for families to hang out. Good attraction to have in KW.

I was here for doggy day and had so much fun. They had booths where they were giving out free treats and selling doggy merch. There were so many dogs. I've never seen that many dogs at once before. They set up obstacle courses for the dogs and had dog toys all over. It's an awesome event. I 100% recommend taking your dog here on doggy day if your dog is friendly/good with other dogs.

Our favourite dog park in KW! Huge open space for dogs to run freely. There are two divided, fenced in spaces; one for smaller dogs and one for larger dogs. It is also nice that the river is just off the path back to the parking lot so the dogs can go for a swim to cool down on a hot day.

The only thing preventing a five star rating is the lack of a water fountain or bottle refill station. Very nice pool, playground, and beach volleyball courts. Edit: still a wonderful park and I love taking my four year old here due to the huge shallow pool and picnic tables. Really wish the snack store would reopen (closed indefinitely).
