While I cannot fault D&T entirely, we had to wait 10 months to get our freezer repaired (it was leaking cold air through a bad seal). The main reason for this delay was due to a manufacturer backorder, but D&T was still hard to reach and get updates from, and the only times that they proactively contacted us were to see if we still needed a repair (yes, of course we wanted the fix - we could literally feel cold air leaking from our freezer!).In several conversations, they crassly dismissed our concerns over the delay, telling us that they couldn't do anything and we needed to contact the corporate office for our manufacturer (Frigidaire), which was equally unhelpful.When we finally found out that the part was in (10 months later), D&T was hard to reach to schedule the appointment via phone. Once we had something booked, they showed up several days before the originally scheduled appointment.I will say that the technicians were nice, but their customer service could certainly use some improvement. Like I said, I can't fault them entirely for the situation, but some sensitivity to our frustration and offering more help with pushing the vendor (or even the illusion of it) would have been appreciated.

I recently contacted D & T for a refrigerator repair, after the manufacturer stated they were an authorized service provider. Seven months ago I had a warranty repair coordinated by the manufacturer, to replace the compressor. That repair resulted in a refrigerant leak the manufacturer didn't intend on repairing. I left a message for D & T to schedule a repair. When I explained my circumstance they were more than willing to do the repair, but were also upfront about the potential costs. They discussed the option of trying to get the original repair company to back their work or quite possibly investing in a new unit. They answered all the questions and even followed up a few days later to see if I had resolved the issue. In the end my refrigerator was repaired by a manufacturers technician, at no cost to me. When the time comes for an appliance repair, D & T has earned my business. They will be my first call. They will be who I tell my friends and family about. This action demonstrates true customer service all for the benefit of the customer (or in my case, potential customer). Thank you D & T. I am sure we will be in touch in the near future!

Our LG washing machine was only a year old and it kept getting stuck on the spin cycle. We tried doing self diagnoses and research to learn how to fix it but nothing worked. We called D&T Services since they are the only LG endorsed service in the area. D&T let me know they have a $115 charge to come out which I was fine with but the person they sent wasn’t able to find the problem. He ran the machine on a short cycle and said he didn’t see any problems. He also said he didn’t know what was wrong and that we could probably fix it ourselves. We requested D&T to send someone else since the first guy wasn’t able to figure it out. A couple weeks later the same guy was sent back and he gave us the same results. We are really disappointed with the service and the fact that we paid $115 only to be told “I don’t know” and “you can probably figure it out yourselves”. The price did not match the service that we received. I do not recommend D&T.

This company is one of the most reliable and dependable companies I’ve interacted with in my 30+ years of adulting. When the original technician failed to correct our dryer issue they stepped up and went above and beyond to get us right. Joe and Amy are AMAZING! You just don’t see enough kindness and decency these days but these two have plenty! What a refreshing twist on a stressful dryer repair. I will be forever grateful. Thank you thank you thank you

LG fridge icemaker was not producing ice. They diagnosed in short order, had all the parts to repair and submitted under a warranty claim, invoicing us for just the service call. They were clear in their explanations, very courteous, and even tolerated our little pup keeping an eye on them. Highly recommended!!

Chad diagnosed and repaired our freezer that was not draining properly. He was there and gone in 41 minutes! Freezer compartment entirely disassembled to access faulty parts. Removed the ice maker piece that we do not use, creating more room in freezer, and told me to keep it handy in case the fridge was smart enough " to miss it and ask for it back. That was above and beyond

Absolutely horrible service. Called to have my stove top repaired. Technician stated part was no longer produced (which was fine as 3 of 4 burners still worked), What he did not share is that he broke a knob when taking the stove apart. That was almost 90 days ago. I reported the issue more than 60 days ago. The same Technician was sent out to address. He left without fixing the new issue and stated he would follow-up. No word in the past 60 days. There is no follow through or accountability taken by D&T. Called to speak to a manager today. We will see if I get a call back.......

I had a strange experience with D&T Appliance Services. One of their technicians came out to replace a part on my washing machine, but when he opened the package and looked at the part, he noticed it was defective and told me he wouldn't be able to complete the replacement. I subsequently decided I didn't want them to complete the work - it's difficult for me to have much faith in a company who wasted my time by coming to my house with a defective part. The next day, they called to tell me they were going to charge me $50 for the trip, even though the fact that the part replacement wasn't completed was entirely their fault. When I complained, they waived the $50 fee but told me that they'd never work with me again. I suppose that feeling is mutual.

I’d give Andrew and D and T 5 stars every day!! I was notified just as they promised, service was right on time, and Andrej in a short visit accomplished the repair that another company, using 3 techs at different times, could not do. Call me extremely satisfied!!

Very pleased with the service. I have a 5 year old LG 5 door Refrigerator. Justin explained what was going on, did research and found a Service Bulletin on the refrigerator. I had paid another repair firm almost $700 for the same issue 13 months ago. The other firm didn't bother to even look for any service bulletin and do the repair properly, so I got to do it again.I absolutely would recommend them.
