Where do I even start? Vickys homes thrive to do a quality Job no matter the situation or project. They are always there to make sure everything on their clients dream home list is checked off. They truly put love in everything they do and their homes are STUNNING!!!

We did an exhaustive search for a home builder and we picked Vicky. The team did not disappoint us their professionalism was superb. The team Ashley, Scott and Vicky went all out for us and the end product passed our expectations. As to be expected the project was not without a lot of work and discussion. There were issues along the way as you would expect from any large project, but at no point did Vicky ever cause us to be worried that we would not end up with the quality we expected. Vicky did not disappoint us her and her team have come through each time. Covid has and I am sure will continue to throw some curves at Vicky's but if you work honestly with them you will receive the same in kind. Great home Vicky we love it!

Vicky and team are quite simply the best. I've dealt with dozens of builders and architects over the years and never had a better experience. Not only are their designs elegant and top shelf but their dedication to excellence from client to vendor is exceptional. If there was a 6 star option here I would choose it. You won't go wrong with choosing Vicky's homes for your custom build! Don't be fooled by the one star reviews.

Vicky’s Homes’ always incorporates such a high-level of luxury and awe-inspiring features that you literally catch yourself saying “wow” out loud!! Plus the flow of their homes is absolutely perfect. Whenever you need great design inspiration visit one of their show homes and you will feel like you’ve been transported into the magazine cover shot of an architectural masterpiece. They regularly have brand new show homes popping up and I make sure to never miss one!

Each person has their own experience and is entitled to their own opinion. But in my opinion, anyone who has had an experience working with Vicky's Homes and the entire team there (Vicky, Vince, Taylor, etc) cannot come away and not be impressed. Simply put, they are amongst the most reliable, trustworthy and service-oriented builders out there. They are not the sort of builder that is out to cheat you or or play any of the usual games builders get up to.If you have a compliant or issue of any kind, you can be sure it will be addressed as reasonably as possible. That is why I have a very hard time accepting some of the more negative reviews, especially from Kate L and her family (they seem insistent on posting as may bad reviews as they can everywhere, in badly written English...bizarre).There are two sides to every coin and I am sure Vicky's version of events would be nothing like the L gang's versions, who by the pictures they posted seem to be making a mountain out of a speck of dust. I would ignore childish and immature outbursts like that if I were you.If you are interested in getting a new home built or an existing home renovated, you would be doing yourself a huge dis-service by not at least speaking to Vicky's Homes. Ignore the naysayers and complainers and try it for yourself.I am getting my home built by Vicky's. I chose them after speaking with half a dozen other builders, narrowed it down to three and then finally settled on Vicky's. I am just so glad that I did.

Vicky's Homes was honestly a perfect build for us. We stayed on budget and got exactly what we wanted. We have been here for 3 months and I still cannot find a flaw. There is NOTHING I would do differently. Vicky is very down-to-earth and honest (and so were her staff and PM Scott). Even though she builds very high-end homes she treated us like we were her number 1 clients (our house is smaller than many houses she builds...but it is just as pretty!). The quality of workmanship and what is 'behind the walls' is extremely high end...this was very important to us. 100% recommended for any size build.

We had the pleasure of building with Vicky’s homes. If I could give the experience more than 5 stars, I truly would. From the many iterations of our custom floor plans to the 3D renderings, we felt excited about and confident that we would love the home we would move into. 2 months into living here, I am so proud to call this home. It feels like I’m waking up on a fancy vacation every day and yet it is home. What a dream come true. The quality is second to none, their on site super is spectacular and their customer service and treatment of their clients (before, during and after the build process) is as professional as it gets. If you want a builder to work with you every step of the way to create the exact vision you have, Vicky’s is for you!

I’ve seen most of the higher end houses that Vicky homes built and they’re impressive. The quality is second to none. It’s far above all the other high end builders in Edmonton.I met Vicky in person and she’s most professional and knowledgeable. If someone is looking into a headache free and positive house building experience, you have to go with Vicky homes.

Vicky’s company promotes they are a high quality premium home builder, but this is not the case. We built a luxury 3 story home that is over 7,400 sq ft and we are unbelievably disappointed in Vicky Homes. Beware of this company.Long story short it’s been over 4 months since we got possession (April 1st) and we can’t move in due to finding all the major problems with the bad craftsmanship of the home.As you can see, photos don’t lie.This is not our job to catch the poor craftsmanship after we possessed the home. We chose and trusted Vicky’s Homes to build us a premium home, paying a premium price. It was their responsibility to make sure the home was built properly.(Edit) Response to owner: This is the name that I refer myself to all your employees and trades. I will not deal with this childish behaviour.This is a review on my experience with this builder, such a poor experience.

Vicky's Homes was simply amazing to deal with! So professional, stayed on time and on budget. I would recommend their services to build your home or renovate any time! So lucky to have found such a detailed and caring home builder in the Edmonton area!
