We are very happy with the vehicle which is loaded with all the features and any detail that needed attention was fixed as agreed prior to delivery. I was searching for an affordable car and I stumbled upon a white 2013 Honda civic with fairly low mileage. I visited the dealership and I met Andy. Very great service offered! Got an amazing car for an amazing price! Above and beyond customer service from Andy. Mohammed is very kind too. I asked for a second car key and to get some cosmetic scratched fixed and it was no problem. They’re very willing to work with you to make sure you get the perfect car. Got the car inspected at my own mechanic and it’s in perfect condition to last many years to come. Will most likely purchase my moms next car here too.

I visited many dealerships with ratings in the mid/high 4s thinking that I would be able to get a good deal on a great car.However, I only ended up wasting time as there was always a catch once I got there. So I decided to try my luck and just go to the nearest dealership and see how it went.The process was straight forward, Mohammed was honest and a man of his words. The car I wanted only had one key at the time and I really needed to have a backup one, he made some calls and saw to it that I got an extra. He was fully transparent about the vehicle, the pricing was exactly what was listed on the website. Any questions I had, was explained thoroughly.Didn't realize I was spending so much time looking for a dealership when there was a gem right in my neighborhood, both the dealership and the manager.

I recently bought my 2018 Acura ILX at Great Motors Auto Sales and I love it. The vehicle had an accident but the price was too good not to check it out, Andy was very transparent and showed me the carfax and pictures of the accident. There were a couple of stuff that needed to be fixed but Andy took care of everything I asked before I picked up the car. I saved quite a bit of money and got a great car.customer service 10/10!!! COMPLETE DISASTER :The experience of dealing with Great Motors has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I truly wish I could award zero stars for the misfortune and distress that this dealership has caused.Buying from Great Motors was a regrettable decision. This dealership specializes in selling vehicles with shady histories - each of their cars being a mechanical time bomb just waiting to explode. They deliberately make these vehicles appear aesthetically pleasing to deceive innocent customers into buying. My advice? Don't let their shiny exteriors fool you.Moreover, the integrity of their safety checks is gravely questionable. Great Motors seems to be solely responsible for the issuance of these safety certificates, and based on my experience, they cannot be trusted to uphold the standards necessary for safe vehicle operation. Their self-issued safety certificates are no more than a ruse.My experience at Great Motors has been a hard-learned lesson - a stern reminder to thoroughly research and avoid dubious dealerships like them. Save your hard-earned money and, more importantly, your peace of mind by steering clear of Great Motors. Be warned, fellow consumers.

I bought a Kia Sportage Recently abd i musr say it was spotless ,clean and drove well. I'm very happy and very glad with the outcome. The salesman Andy did a great job putting the deal together. Awesome work!. I would recommend anyone to go there.
