Stitch It Clothing Alterations
I went in Tuesday (Jan 25th) night and the lady, sorry I forgot her name, was super nice and friendly and fixed my jacket in less then 30 minutes while I did some shopping. Also she repaired it better then the manufacturer. I'm so glad my jacket is fixed now because it's a cold one today! Much appreciated.

The absolute worst service. They will botch your clothes and not take accountability. Specifically Diu Su was rude and extremely unprofessional. Save your time and money and your nice garments!

I’m very pleased with the service and the turnaround time at the Carlingwood location and the lovely lady in there was a super great and helpful in doing the Alteration and resized my shirt to the proper width and length that I plan on going back there to have my other two work shirts resized

Came in less than an hour before closing. Lady took my blazer and said that she will be able to do it before closing. Went above and beyond. This was my first time tailoring my clothes and will be happy to come back with all my other clothes

Have had five pairs of pants hemmed here, with one also being tapered. Very happy with the tailoring done and the staff are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely continue to use

I brought a backpack that was torn with holes in the side pockets. Stitch-It made it new again by fixing the straps and replacing the pockets. I had my doubts that it could be fixed , but it looks brand new!

I'm floored by their talent! I received a dress that was a size 10 and I take a size 0. It was risky to have it tailored as everything needed adjusting: shoulders, armpits (!), waist, length, sleeves. I paid Stitch It $120 not knowing how it would turn out. It's perfect - looks like it was made this way. The first time I went to pick it up, we all agreed one more adjustment needed to be made which they happily did without additional cost. Great business.
