Paulina and her team are over the top professional and absolutely care about 5 star customer service. They will take care of you from start to finish whether it is to find you tenants for your units or to do the legwork to get your property up for sale. No job is too big for Paulina's team. Hands down the very best property management team I have ever experienced.

After having some very negative experiences with other management companies in the past, CKSO has been such a provided such a wonderful experience. I can honestly say I was so pleased with the quick process and Paulina has been easy to work with, friendly, helpful, and very responsive. We have used CKSO Properties since our first rental property purchase. They are courteous and quick to respond to any issues and requests. They have been able to fill our units quickly and have a great background check system. We have had limited to no issues with any tenants that were placed in our units.CKSO also uses some of the best contractors in the City to do any remedial work correctly and quickly.Highly recommend if you would like to have an 5 star experience.
