Pathetic…dispensing of a medicine takes 2 hrs after they say 20mins…not bothered abt the need of the patient, and completely disrespectful abt others time, work and commitments. Avoid as much as u can…they will ensure that people suffer more so they can make more money…yuck!!

When you call the automated message says walk-in or appointments available for covid vaccine… you get there and there is a sign that says appointments only lol. Not sure why they don’t just say APPOINTMENTS ONLY on the phone. Waste of time.Fortunately, was able to find some at the Peel vax centers!!

Staff is condescending and does not respect the privacy of customers- excessively loud when describing my medication and what it is used for. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but each time I went in to pick up a prescription there was a different issue- they forgot to fax the doctor for a refill and then didn’t have anything ready despite my phone call a week in advance. There wasn’t an apology or even a sincere bit of empathy. Because of the poor quality of professional ethics, I began to dread having to pick up a monthly prescription- I suggest you select another pharmacy.

This place progressively gets worse. If you call to try to speak to someone at the pharmacy, they VERY rarely answer. If you use the automated refill option via phone, they still manage to screw up ordering prescriptions in a timely manner; this is a major issue for people with serious autoimmune illnesses or chronic disease. They consistently mess up billing to the appropriate insurance or Trillium Drug plan. Almost all the techs with the exception of maybe 1, knows what they’re doing and actually have good customer service skills. The pharmacists themselves are fine and courteous.

I was calling this pharmacy and no one picks up the call and sent them an email and it went to someone who is not authorized to receive. The pharmacist was yelling when i have asked him why the telephone calls were not answered. I dont recommend because of poor quality service but right care for the patients which is very critical and i doubt this is happening as of today.

The pharmacists are always friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. In addition the staff will often call with a reminder that a refill is due and have it ready. All I have to do is pay and collect my meds.

The pharmacists and assistants here are extremely helpful and kind. However, my reason for only 3 stars is due to the fact that it is very difficult to call the pharmacy. They rarely pick up the phone! It can be very frustrating!!
