Just started working here as a Concierge and Recreation and I would like to say that the building is beautiful, the residence are the sweetest so easy to get to know and get along with. And the team of employees treat everyone as family which is a great way to make everyone feel at home.

My aunt was treated in awful condition. She was given with raw food to eat , and dietary restriction was totally ignored by the manager of this place. I tried calling the manager of this place , who was highly unprofessional and rude . Upon requesting for a explanation, He mentioned that I’ve other things to work on rather than spending time on my aunt case. I just moved her to other Retirement Home and she is now well taken care of.

It has a very friendly and professional environment. The staff is exceptional and well informed, they are very helpful and well mannered. The european design gives it more of a resort feel instead of a retirement facility. It's a great palace to live!

We checked mom and dad in because they were having trouble preparing meals and generally taking care of their home and health. All the staff have exceeded our every expectation. They are attentive, genuine, patient, and have often gone way beyond the call. I make it a point to share dinner on Thursdays when the pizza oven is fired up. Keep up the good work ! J.

Manager of this place should be fired for his rude behaviour. I even saw him yelling at old people . I feel ever bad from the old people . My grandma was living here for last 3 year , but have to move her to Delmantor coz of the rude behaviour of the manager .

Truly thankful for the home Sorrento has made for my parents. Food, care and independence were of utmost importance to them when choosing a retirement residence, and knowing that they are happy & in the best place possible bring my siblings & I so much peace. Truly an incredible place & team.

I can’t explain how serine this place is… moved in my nonna a few months back. Staff is quick to respond, patient and you truly feel like you and your loved one is part of a family. I have only good things to say about this retirement home. Keeps my nonna feeling independent and joyful.

Sorrento is an absolutely wonderful facility. My Mother recently moved in there and is loving it so far. Everything from the food, to the service, to the amenities is top notch and what you'd expect from a five star resort. From the first phone call to stepping in the door, you are greeted by Pat, Sorrento's concierge whose warm welcome sets the tone for the five star service you can expect here. Sorrento Retirement Residence
I have lived in 5 retirement homes this was by far the best for rooms, food and staff. Not set up for assistive living though only independent. I miss this place greatly. It's not cheap and not much going on for entertainment but not nickel and diming like the chains. Food is first rate.
