Terrie Dunand was a terrible ,non-professional, non-responsive agent when there were problems evolved before closing. It was happened to us three years ago. I missed my chance to file a complaint with SK real estate and Re/max since we had been completely overwhelmed with our moving when this nightmare happened.Terrie was our seller's agent in May 2020. Throughout the showing and negotiation periods, everything went smoothly until three days before closing. My lawyer told me the buyer's financial institution declined the mortgage payment. I phoned Terrie asking for help and advises but she didn't answer the phone call regardless how many phone calls I made. I asked my lawyer if the sale fell through, was I able to keep the $15,000 deposit. My lawyer told me most of the deposit was paid out to Terrie so there was hardly any money left over(NOTE: There was a fine print on the sale contract which stated that the seller's agent has legal right to keep all deposit). We were panic and didn't know what to do for our packing and moving. Fortunately, one day before possession around supper time, the buyer showed up at our front door and assured us that they had mortgage approval from another financial institution. That was an exciting news but how could me pack our personal belongings with less than 16 hours notification. We tried to contact Terrie and asked for an extension for the possession date but still NO answer. We hardly got any sleep on that night because we ran out of time with NO help from our agent: Terrie Dunand. I will remember this instance for the rest of my life until I died.

We live out of town and this was our first experience buying a house. Terrie was very accommodating in setting viewings when we were in Regina for other appointments. She connected us with all other necessary parties (inspectors, appraisers, lawyers) quickly and efficiently. Most communication was through email and text but when we had questions, she would call to talk. Terrie listened to what we wanted but she was upfront about her desire to protect our investment by finding us a home that would sell easily if our circumstances changed in the future. She was a great negotiator and made sure we were treated fairly. If we need a realtor again in the future, we will ask for Terrie.

Terrie and her team were fantastic to work with! Terrie was very patient with us as it took us a long time to get ready to sell. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market in Regina and we knew she always had our best interest at heart. Terrie is an effective and efficient communicator and was always a text, email or phone call away. We would recommend her to anyone who is wanting to buy or sell a home!

We just sold our Regina condo with Terrie and must say the whole experience was seamless and stress free.
