One of the fastest customer services I have ever seen!!! Waiting time is like 10 minutes maximum

Government organisation really needs to get trained to treat people with humbleness and get 1000% more organized. Just standing for hours

closed at 4 but website says 5 and they tell me its updated even thou I show them it's not at exactly 402 pm yet still denied

So I went to MTO office obtained a ticket. Drove to Alliston, Ontario and back and still waited 2 and a half hours. Nuf said!!!

MTO is always busy, so don’t be surprised when you get here... I found the staff to be helpful and they try their best to solve your problem.Note: Don’t bother calling they don’t answer the phone.Have your documents ready and be prepared to wait..

People who work here seem to have a genuine bitterness in life. Surprised customer service is not a priority? Been there 5-6 times and everyone always seems miserable.

GTA already has some of the worst drivers and reducing the G license requirements for passenger vehicles is not going to help. People should be scrutinized properly before being able to drive on the roads, which the ministry has failed to do. Moreover, commerical drivers on the road are increasingly less qualified which had increased the chances of severe accidents on the roads and highways, especially during winter driving. How is the ministry evaluating these new measures when most of the public experience these issues with unskilled drivers every day on the roads?

The worse place ever they will not help you. This people are always angry they have a very mean response all the time

I have been trying to get them on the phone for over 3 days. I've tried calling at all times of the day. They have an answering machine, but no inbox. Not sure what to do, seeing as I can't visit their offices during the day; the whole working full time gets in the way.If i could give them a negative rating I would.Whoever gave them anything above 1 star, obviously a biased opinion.

The lady on the phone wouldn't give me my ticket numbers after a 1 hour and 15 minute wait. She told me I cant sit here give you 9 ticket numbers"Seriously? You cant give me 9 ticket numbers on the phone when it is your job to do so? Knowing that I was taking to a government drone I proceeded to request her nicely and inform her that it is her job to do so. Then she proceeds to tell me that its not her job followed by a swift hang up. Unbelievable. I understand that we cant expect the same service we do from private business that operate based on our financial consent but there needs to be some type of accountability to make these people answerable. They are way to overpaid for the jobs the do anyways"
