I have never had such bad service. I asked Jenny the manager to help me combine all of my time gift cards her reply wss no. I got them for my birthday yesterday and wanted to put them on one card. I will never go back .

Keep it moving!! If that's your thing? Other than drive thru coffee this place has nothing. There's always a sign on the door that says closed for cleaning. The place is filthy, so I don't think so. Come on Tim Horton! Try to care just a little bit!

Security needs to lay off. They glare at you for no reason - parked my car and was looking at my cell b4 going into Tim’s and the security was walking around my car looking at me.Numerous times when we order a bagel from this place they are too quick to give us service and forget to finish what they’re doing :)

Not very good. I tried their hot chocolate once, but it is not as tasty as the other branches' hot chocolate. It tasted like it has been watered-down.

this is Tim's. the coffee is always hot and the sandwiches are good. They just have never let me down no matter which store. Only complaint I have with this one is the drive through. It is so narrow your vehicle may scrap the wall :(

Manager does not know how to deal with customer concerns. He tells me that I complain too much. What happened? I ordered my coffee with 2 sugar only. I get my coffee, it has only cream in there. I tell the manager the first cup, you want to get it right. And at least acknowledge the mistake. What I accidently done was used my app and didn't realize I had enough for a free coffee already. Anyways the drive thru said free coffee don't worry about it. " sounds great but I did not get my coffee corrected because I accidently used the app then told them about the coffee. So in that respect I should not have used my app in order for them to give me a free coffee for the one I did receive.But to have the manager raising his voice at me telling me not to come back because I complain too much. He did not even say sorry for the error."

I have never reviewed a Tim Horton's before. Whoever manages this store needs to give Jenny a raise. I have never seen someone manage to be intense, effective, professional, and clear all while remaining so personable and lovely. I would drive an extra 10 mins to be served by her than a different TH. Hopefully the store manager knows what they have and her pay is competitive.

Speed is good, could be friendlier. Biggest issue is though that they are sloppy when making your food. Sauce all over the side of the sandwich. Half the sandwich is out of the bun on the opposite side of where all the sauce is.
