Easily one of the top tier customer care services I've ever experienced. The owner is also the operator which makes things so much easier!!! I'm Really glad I'm able to support this business and call it my go-to for dry cleaning and tailoring, because they really do care so much about their customers and the services they provide.

Bought 2 Pottery Barn linen panel curtains ( approx. $150 each). Paid $70 to dry clean. Panels shrunk from 84 in to 73 in length & were dirty on the bottom. Called 8x. No call back. Next day, called again. Owner didnt offer apology, accountability, money back, reimbursement & told to bring them in because he will fix them. I said unlikely they will stretch 11 inches. Told no way they shrunk 11 in. Will take them in alongside 84 in panels not brought to this dry cleaners to compare. Unhappy!

The man who helped me encouraged me to not have him do an invisible seam for my Mom's pants that I brought in to be hemmed, since she is old". He also has his cell phone visible/is using it while in the front service area at all times. Although my Mom's pants were hemmed with a basic hem for $10 which was all that I wanted

New plastic zipper on winter coat, broke the second time I zipped it up! Took it back, with receipt and he would not honour fixing the broken zipper at no charge! He should have done the job right the first time! He threw the receipt at me and told me to get out! Wow! Good customer service lol! And he charged me 45$ plus tax!!!

They were able to alter a dress that I bought with complicated alterations and in a short amount of time.I didn't know about them for alterations and I called so many other places who turned me away saying the alterations were too complicated and it was too little time (2 weeks until the wedding)They are priced fairly for the amount of work that needs to be done!Thank you so much for making me feel beautiful in my dress!

Great tailoring, really nice person. I brought my mother's clothes in that needed to be tailored for a wheelchair and he was very compassionate. Wouldn't get our clothes dry cleaned or tailored anywhere else. Fantastic service and quality workmanship

I am mother of the bride and my dress needed alterations that were very detailed and sequence was involved. The owner did a beautiful job it fits so perfectly and he did it in a small amount of time . Price was very reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with . I highly recommend this business .

He told me to do my alterations on the date but he didn’t do that on the time also he didn’t even called me on that day , he didn’t picking up the phone. Worst experience ever.

This is a great local Tailor. The owner was very helpful with my wedding suit and provided a great deal of information and was also very flexible with the alterations I had asked for. I found the pricing reasonable and the turn around time was very quick. I would recommend this tailor to anyone in the area.
