These guys are the best! They are extremely knowledgeable as well as personable and honest. I checked a number of stores and chose Bishop's because they had great bikes and gear and also because I could tell that they were trustworthy. I highly recommend this store!

This store is AMAZING!They carry a wide selection of different cargo bikes, adult bikes, high quality kid's bikes, trailers, kid seats, accessories... everything for cycling as a family!We went in a few times before we bought our cargo bike. The first couple of times were just to look and ask questions, and then we went in two separate times to test ride bikes. The customer service from the owner, Robert, was fantastic. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We never felt any pressure to hurry up and buy anything. We finally bought a different bike than the one we had originally been interested in and we LOVE it. Thanks to Robert for giving us the chance to try everything out and see what we really liked!We are lucky to have this store in Victoria to help make cycling with kids easy and fun!

Friendly staff I have yet to buy or get my bike fixed here but nice to see a family oriented bike shop in the downtown core.If you are looking for a kids bike or cargo bike be sure to stop in. Ask about a test ride if you on the fence!

What a great shop! Bought a baby seat for our rad bike here. They helped me figure out what seat would work best for us. Great customer service! Absolute gem of a shop! Will definitely be returning!

Can’t say enough positive things about this place. The customer service is excellent. The e-cargo bike inventory is the best in town. Robert is very knowledgeable and worked hard to find us the perfect bike for our family. Unfortunately, the first bike we bought was recalled and had to be sent back to the manufacturer. Robert helped us through that and even lent us his own personal e-cargo bike for a few weeks while we were without, which was incredibly generous. Whether you are an experienced e-cargo cyclist or interested in testing one out for the first time, I would highly recommend that you make Bishop’s your first stop.

I brought my son in who was convinced that the most important thing was the number of gears on his next bike. The owner patiently engaged with my boy to explain how to think about the best bike and they had a great conversation. It changed what had been a frustrating process of going to different shops into something fun. Buying my bike from here tomorrow.

They're amazing. They're friendly and considerate, and incredibly helpful with picking out what's best for your family. And once you have it, they're super helpful with repairs and maintenance.They also have a good selection of just about everything, so even if you're just looking for a new helmet or bell, they have you covered.Worth a trip! They're good people.
