If I could give -5 stars, I would. The initial purchasing experience of our dining set was pleasant. We were not pressured in store and the sales associate was polite and helpful. However, after they take your money, their customer service is basically non existent. They also don't stand by the quality of their products.We were delivered a dining set with red/orange stains on the white paint on the bench and 2 of the chairs had other quality issues. The deliver guys came back a few days later to deliver a replacement bench, but that one only had worse stains. When I called the store, the sales person was not at all apologetic and simply stated they'd look for another bench AGAIN. 2 days later, I still hadn't heard back from them. When I called, I spoke with another sales person who was simply rude and incompetent, full of BS excuses. 1) She told me we got a good price on the product, so we should be happy with it (LOL!) 2) She told me the stains weren't that bad (see photo) 3) She then told me that it was actually final sale (no, it was not, we were not told so at time of purchase and also not stated so on the invoice) 4) She told me they'd sold over 20 of these sets and had no complaints, so it was our problem 5) She told me I could return it but had to pay a 15% restocking fee (ON THEIR DEFECTIVE ITEM) 6) She told me it was not their fault, it was the manufacture's problemIn the end, we had to settle on a small discount on the dining set. Now we have to sand down and repaint our brand new $1300 dining set because this company does not stand by their products. This particular sales associate had absolutely no sense of customer service or even common sense. When we went into the store to get our discounted difference, she was taking selfies on her phone for so long she didn't even notice us. And she initially refunded us the difference without the taxes. We had to tell her she missed it and she then provided the taxes refund after.Avoid this furniture store, spend your money else where, unless you're ok with defective brand new furniture that you spend a good chunk of change on. Expect to spend 2 weeks arguing with incompetent people at the store if you have any issues.
